對酒店非常滿意.喜歡酒店環境清淨, 客房清潔舒適, 客房設備齊全 及提供保安好的免費停車位,對本人這次 自駕遊提供不少方便.

Very new service apartment. Good for family stay . Kitchen with all the equipment for simple meals.

房間很大，也非常乾淨整潔！廚房設備齊全，煮食很方便！

I had stayed one night in this campus. Although the campus is a bit far from CBD, if you drive in with you car should not be a problem. Overall the environment is very nice with good CS provided. (Thumb up)

交通方便，门口就有公交车，离大学也近，在地下有专用停车位，进出有刷门禁，房间干净整洁，厨房设备齐全，但是没有油盐，所以请自备。有洗衣烘干设备，有阳台 客厅，很适合家庭或是四五个好友一起居住。

This Is a new hotel, but the service is terrible: 1) the first day they gave me a wrong room. As a common practice, they should allow me to stay but instead they knocked my door at 8:00am the next day and asked me to move to my original room. So this day schedule was lost 2) I plan to stay 5 day but mistakenly I booked 4 days. I am ok to extend but they forced me to move out within 1 hour. First, the hotel did not confirm my stay period during check in, second, the hotel did not let me know the mistakes unil the last minute. So within 1 hour my family need to pack all things and find another hotel. I planned to visit cape schanck but my whole day was lost again. --->in summary, I had to move twice during my five day holiday. 3) the room design was bad. Air con was at the living room but no air con at the room I would prefer Hawthorn gardens or Kimberly Garden.

We had a comfortable stay. Would be better if the weekly cleaning can be done 2 times weekly.

雖然與市區有一定距離，但環境相對較清靜。室內環境和空間對一家人（五人以上）較為合適，最好自駕。另外如多出郊外活動，它的位置亦較近。

酒店设施完善出行方便，我是一名莫纳什大学的学生，男朋友假期过来玩住在这里很棒，安静，方便停车，黄金地点，很棒的选择。

合一家大细，自架遊，澳洲物價高，佢可買野返去煮，屋較大，環境好，我住當時係冬天，不知夏天如何因為房子没冷氣！九分very good.

Got the room that was not I paid for. Too bad.

On our third day, we were unfortunately woken up early by loud renovation work directly above our unit. While reception could not offer a refund for our remaining nights, they did move us to another unit in the adjacent building.The New Unit: This second apartment was much brighter, clean, and featured a well-equipped kitchen. The surroundings were very quiet.Areas for Improvement: The new unit had a few maintenance and comfort issues. Every door made a loud squeaking sound when opened. Additionally, the dinner table only had 3 chairs instead of 4, and we felt quite itchy after sitting on the fabric sofa.Location Note:While the public transit is excellent, please note that local restaurants are a bit of a distance away, so you will need to walk or take a car for meals. But we choose doordash, by paying slightly more. Despite the mid-stay disruption, the host's quick action to relocate us made it an acceptable experience."

Parking was free and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. But the room was not clean enough
