This Is a new hotel, but the service is terrible:
1) the first day they gave me a wrong room. As a common practice, they should allow me to stay but instead they knocked my door at 8:00am the next day and asked me to move to my original room. So this day schedule was lost
2) I plan to stay 5 day but mistakenly I booked 4 days. I am ok to extend but they forced me to move out within 1 hour. First, the hotel did not confirm my stay period during check in, second, the hotel did not let me know the mistakes unil the last minute. So within 1 hour my family need to pack all things and find another hotel. I planned to visit cape schanck but my whole day was lost again.
--->in summary, I had to move twice during my five day holiday.
3) the room design was bad. Air con was at the living room but no air con at the room
I would prefer Hawthorn gardens or Kimberly Garden.
