Coach House Launceston

山型城市、酒店在較高位置，只宜自駕遊入住。食肆較遠，不方便。門鎖殘舊，房內亦無任何防盗設施，5人的家庭房空間細，行李箱也沒位置打開。第4及5位家庭成員已沒有熱水沖涼，接待處8時已沒有職員幫忙。等待了兩個小時也沒有熱水，這次體驗太可怕。

沒有冷氣裝置，只能提供風扇。

Large parking space for parking and the location is good. The facilities were little bit old.

家庭房夠大。附近沒有超市及便利店，要開車去買生活用品。酒店沒有電梯，要抬行李。另外，停車場太斜，我們駕的是大車，停車場不好泊。

The staff is very nice and helpful. The room is big and clean

we are five people live in one room apartment and there are only one toilet and there are no hot water come out after the third people finished shower. It mean the forth people go to take a shower is cold water. it was terrible experience. and we ask the reception and they don't have any change for us even we stay three days there. It was a bad experience for us.

Bed is a bit soft. Wifi is not working at most of time. Free parking but a bit difficult to manage on hilly road.

Check in was fast and easy, with Matt being all over it in regards to what’s going on and even previous conversations you had with him before you got there. Plus even remembering your name days later. The room itself is a decent size containing simple things, like a fridge, toaster, kettle with tea/coffee sachets and a microwave. Think there’s even an ironing board and maybe an iron. The toiletries they use are really nice. It’s not far from the city so just a little walk but some streets are quite steep. Parking is a first come basis but there are quite a few parking spaces. Overall it’s a great place to stay.

A great place to stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and have all your basics like fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave. Even the toiletries they use are really nice as well. Check in was easy with Matt

Decent room and facilities and walkable to CBD.

Easy and good stay, no problems. Just not a five star property, it’s an aging but fine motel.

No complaints, easy check in and out, very pleasant staff.

Close to the centre of Launceston and easy walk to restaurants etc. Room was clean but the motel needs more maintenance and could do with an update to make it more modern.

A bit rough and ready. Clean and comfortable bed. Good views.

Room was tidy and clean. Liked that they had amenities like a microwave in the room. The carpark is quite steep though and you may need to go up flights of stairs to get to your room.

Made payment through Expedia and when arrived said couldn’t locate my booking so had to find a different hotel. Expedia have said After multiple attempts to contact the property on your behalf, we were unable to obtain approval for a refund.
