整體非常好。整潔舒服，位置好

住宿環境整潔、設備齊全、安全度高，還細心準備洗碗液及洗衣粉、和住客須知。鄰近交通方便，如果能為住客提供簡便的街道圖，指示附近哪裏有食肆、購物商場就更方便。最欣賞是除提供 SMS 和 電話溝通外，還主動開立 WhatsApp 聯絡方法，溝通渠道多樣化，非常貼心。

地點很方便，環境很好很整潔，服務員亦很細心有禮及盡力協助，如果下次再到墨爾本一定會再選擇入住。

1. 地點十分方便，鄰近電車站，步行去很多地方都很快，而且靜中帶旺 2.員工友善，而且十分幫忙，因為我們轉機到步時間比較夜，酒店早幾天已經詢問我們預計到達時間，中間亦有回覆我們，令人感到安心。 3.房間很大，十分整潔乾淨，設計和傢私設備都十分新穎，設備齊全。 4.保安嚴密，入大門口需要拍卡進入，十分安全 5.景色開揚美麗，看到位處市中心的風景

Stay 4 days and had a very good experience. Everyone that works there is lovely and very helpful. Great location and beautiful views and interiors.

The serviced apartments are located within a few steps away from tram stations and are super convenient. Staffs at concierge are also friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is fine although there is room to improve cleanliness, in particular dishes / bowls were not thoroughly cleaned. The room would do better if it came with either coffee machine or instant coffee. The apartments do not have car parks. We parked overnight at a nearby secured car park and it was prohibitively expensive (AUD125 over night).

tidy, but have to wait for a rather long time for the lift, take a long time to provide sufficient room keys.

These were great apartments just minutes from where I needed to be. They were easy to check in, safe, had a washer and dryer, and the views were spectacular! Great food was just steps away!

Great location

The location is great and the room was very clean. A few issues- the king bed is actually 2 single beds pushed together, you can feel the divide and also the mattresses sink in the middle. The pillows were also very firm/thick which hurt our necks. There is only a t.v. in the main area and not one in the bedroom, which is fine but the t.v. was very slow/would not connect to the internet no matter what we did so we couldn't watch netflix and were stuck with basic cable. Lastly, trying to regulate the temperature in the room was aweful. No matter what setting we had it on, the bedroom was dry/blazing hot (even when we'd put it on aircon mode).

Excellent facilities in a very convenient location.
