My family enjoyed our two-night stay there. It was clean and cosy. The pool looked clean too although we didn’t get the chance to use it. Internet speed was good. The mobile line coverage was good, we have both Telstra and Vodafone. The Terrace marketplace is in 5-minute walking distance which is really convenient.

A lot of thought has gone into the provision of amenities in this lovely regional motel. Light switches in convenient positions, globes fully functional, positioning of furniture and provision of a lot of storage space is provided. The card security system is excellent and the cleanliness of the place is a testament to the hard work of the army of cleaners I saw as we left. Thoroughly professional approach to everything. Highly recommended for a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Generally comfortable, but maintenance left something to be desired. Broken fixture in shower meant there was nowhere to put items such as shampoo. No shelves at all in fridge, so it was difficult to store things in it.

The first thing that hits you when you enter the room is the musty smell. Then the bathroom was filthy, tiles were dirty the shower floor had Mould around the corners and shower screen had Mould, in the corner under the basin was full of Mould and the window frame had Mould and couldn't open the window to ventilate. Purchased our own bleach and disinfectant spray prior to using shower.

Room 5 had no hot water in the shower. When I asked about it at reception the man said I’ll change the washer. That won’t fix the hot water. Taps are also opposite so cold water should be hot and hot water is cold. Man at reception quite rude.

Easy parking, rooms were clean and tidy.
The shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. Having a restaurant there was very handy. The meal was beautiful, and the staff were lovely. Would stay there again. 🤗
