Very nice employees and hotel environment

位置優越，鄰近餐廳，客房整潔，服務良好。 唯獨床單不是每天更換，約5-7 天才更換新的。

Saw the photos and comments then decided to book this apartment....but really disappointed. The room is very small and dirty. Full of hair in the toilet's floor and there was toilet paper with blood in the toilet's rubbish bin. A used condom beside the bed, and the blanket with some dirt on it. I have to clean all the things before I use. The worst thing was the fridge full of water, then I asked help at the counter. A man came up and use the room kitchen cloth to wipe the water. He tried to put out the tray filled with water and made the floor wet, he used the kitchen cloth to wipe the floor, then wipe the fridge again and wipe the floor again and then wipe the kitchen table.....so disgusting!!!! I cannot imagine the hygiene sense is so bad for the staff, it made me felt uncomfortable and don't want to stay. Also, you have to pay for the car park if you want to park a car, it really not worth for it.

住房很乾淨，房內有小廚房，全自動洗脫烘洗衣機，非常方便及舒適

乾淨。服務態度佳。若能將空調的噪音改善，那真的是完美了。

酒店位置方便，近火車站及巴士站，購物方便，周邊很多餐廳及商店，酒店房間很大而且有露台，早上可走出房間露台吸吸新鮮空氣，下次會再入住

Quiet, convenient and comfortable.

Near Box Hill Station and Box Hill Central. New small apartments. Small reception. Needs to bring the luggages from carpark to the lift area.

There was a big window in the bathroom, but there was no curtain. It caused us disturbing. Location is very near to Boxhill Central and Train/Tram.

沒有room service, 連換毛巾都要問. 可選其他酒店, 請選其他吧. 酒店是新的, 但晚上連坐counter的staff一個都沒有, 唉. 若有緊急事, 真是很麻煩.

Hard to find, neglected entrance and access areas, it's less than inviting. Bathroom was grimy and needs a through clean. Need comfy.

Clean, easy check in after hours and good location

Serious condensation (which we experienced) on the inside of the windows has led to water damage in the skirting boards below. There is also water damage to a wall corner in the bathroom.

Liked the warming air conditioning !

Acceptable rate for this hotel , 5 minutes walk to Box Hill Central, have superstore and food court

Didnt like having to pay parking fee at their premises
