The whole hotel is the old style from “back in the day” when I went on vacation trips with my family in the 60s. Everything was clean and upgraded, though and we found it charming.

This is the best accommodation in Tasmania, hands down! Not only the rooms are so pristinely clean that it would satisfy the most hardcore germaphobe, but the staff are unbelievably kind and compassionate. If more people were like David and Helen, the world would be a better place! We keep coming back to stay at the Comfort Inn every time we are traveling, and the check in/out process could not be made easier, no matter what time we arrive or leave. The team at the Inn anticipate every concern and alleviate all issues with utmost empathy and care.
I will never forget David's kindness when we left a valuable item in the room, and his consideration in not judging us, but helping us instead with the most compassion I have experienced even from friends or family. Thank you for being the best human beings on the planet and for taking such an amazing care of your guests!

For just a quick overnighter before jumping on the Spirit, the Comfort Inn was clean and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. Toaster and Kettle provided which was great. Staff very friendly and helpful.
