It is a good hotel with very good management. I would like to recommend it to my friend.

Bed was comfortable room was good. It said there was a kitchenette if that means tea and coffee facilities they were right. To me a kitchenette should at least has a microwave. Service was good customer friendly Pool was nice I would be a return customer.

Clean and large room

Easy to find, book in, and stay. Friendly, helpful staff.

Everything was good. Had a WOW experience. There wasn’t a microwave though.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and it was nice to have the kids in a separate bedroom.

The room was not clean enough as we memtioned earlier that we have infant to stay with us. My bub got skin rash from the carpet floor, also the back patio was dirty. I was charged for extra porta cot for my bub but I did not receive any bed sheet for that.

Room key left in lock box, booked kingsize bed and sofa bed was given double bed and twin.Should of got breakfast no breakfast no staff about from when we arrived till we left.

Good location, clean, helpful and proactive team. Can’t ask for much more from a motel for an overnight stop. Grafton is nice, well worth a visit.

I had to change rooms to get wireless internet. My original room didn’t receive a signal

Very conveniently located opposite Grafton Shopping World and only two blocks from main street. We walked everywhere and only had car out when we travelled over to South Grafton

I never give bad reviews but this stay was something else. Our first room we were given had such a slope in the floor that when you lay down you could feel the blood go to your head. When we told them they acknowledged that they knew! When we asked for a new room they gave us one that still had holes in the wall that were still being patched up! Also it was advertised with a full breakfast and when we arrived they said they couldn't explain it properly on the website and then offered us a box with cereal and fruit container! Lastly the bed we slept on had a torn mattress and the spring kept popping out and scratching me! Worst motel I have stayed at to date!

VERY CLEAN AND FRIENDLY STAFF. ROOM LARGE AND PLEASANT . CLOSE TO SHOPPING.

The room was ok, but is was dark. The only light that worked was the overhead lights. Neither of the wall lights by the bed didn't work. There weren't any lamps either.

Basic but super neat, tidy, and lovely staff. Restaurant was also lovely

Booked a room with 'full breakfast' though the restaurant and reception were closed in the morning at 8 am, and we couldn't find any staff. Hope no one else experience this, so check about the breakfast at the check-in.
