Good: Large fully self contained,clean, comfortable apartment. Ocean view, opposite beach and surf club (excellent meals). Fast, friendly response from onsite manager for after hours checkin. Not so good: Some construction noise after 8.00am from building works. (Notified after booking, offered refund or transfer to alternative property). As only 1 night stay we were not affected.

Disappointing stay given the price. The property was not as advertised — it looked much more tired and outdated than the advertised photos. That said, I cannot fault the cleanliness, which was excellent. We arrived to find pillows without pillowcases, though these were added later in the day while we were out. Only one bath towel per person was provided, with no flannels or bath mats, and while basic soap was supplied, there was no moisturiser. Beach towels also had to be hired, which added to the cost. This is not expected at this price point especially as compared with lower cost options nearby. We travel to Coolum monthly for work and had chosen this property as a treat for my birthday. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations, and we’ve found better value elsewhere. There were building works during our stay, which caused only minor disruptions (lift waits, parking access, some noise), but this was not disclosed at the time of booking — only in an email the week of our stay. Overall, we won’t return and wouldn’t recommend this property based on our experience.

You cannot beat the view and location, but the property is worn and tired.

Perfect location for work. Nice ocean views!

Apartment was lovely, with very good side on views of the ocean. Parking was in the underground. Flat was very clean and very comfortable, but .. Complex needed a splash of paint externally, Toilet cistern in en-suite gently ran all night, Couldn’t work out how to lock the front door and reception had closed when we went out. In the morning they confirmed it needed locking from inside. So lovely, but little things meant not perfect.

Great location across street from Coolum Beach. Walk to restaurants and shopping. Windows and doors that completely open up. Nice pool.

Beach front at Coolum. Beautiful spot with the surf club across the road and shops near by. Management were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Cannot beat this location. Across from the beach, close to shops and great views. Older style apartments but so spacious.

This is an amazing place to stay. Great rooms with all the amenities you could need and the location is perfect - park the car for the weekend and walk to numerous cafes and restaurants and the beach.

Apartments are starting to look a bit dated. Would expect a bit fresher for the money you pay. Parking and building location make up for a lot though.

We loved it and would definitely recommend to family and friends 😊

We love staying here, big apartments with beautiful views of ocean. Comfortable bed's and great bathrooms. Everything you need for a short stay. Super relaxing, we'll be back again.

Very pleasantly surprised to receive a text message 10:30am saying our unit was ready to check. Lovely lady at reception, friendly and helpful. Beautiful ocean view as we walked in the unit was amazing.

Loved the unit we stayed in, so lovely and open we hope to book it next year! The receptionist was so helpful and the place is so clean and tidy and close to everything!
