Very clean room and newly renovated bathroom. Couldn’t fault the motel for a place to rest our heads. Yes the noise from the motorway was quite loud but that wouldn’t deter us from staying there in the future. Great location for the theme parks.

Staff lovely, bed super comfy, great location, short walk to shops and train station. Bus stop across the road at dream world. Lovely pool and grass area.

Large, clean rooms. Pool for the kids. Walking distance to shopping centre, restaurants, Dreamworld and Whitewater World! Will definitely stay again!

A lot of traffic noise. The room was very basic. It was a good location for where I needed to go.

Very noisy, being close to road. Wouldn't recommend if you want a good night's sleep. Also, we had 10am departure and were pressured to get out of our room at 9.45. Staff very abrupt and unprofessional. No food options.

Absolute disgrace peep show holes in brick work, locks not work on doors. Junkie users, Putrid smell , rotten carpet. Left after 3 hrs. Refund requested.

Great to have the pool, convenient that we could walk to the Dreamworld and Westfield.

I would have preferred to collect the key in person. Most accommodation hve after hours service and we found that was missing. Again, no one was present when returning the key.

The family room that I stayed in had a pungent rotten, damp smell as soon as we walked in, turned AC unit on and that smelled like someone had gone to the toilet in it, very basic amenities.

Possibly a transit stop mentality

Right off the highway. Issues with getting the right key for the door, tested all keys. provided with all manner of opening, but raised with manager. Was sent anther set of keys, but this was the same and they came with a large portion of guilt. Finally got the right set, but had to hang about waiting when had appointments that I should have been preparing for. Although booked through wotif, didn't make it much easier waiting for the info to come through and the general feeling was that I was met with skeptisicm if that can be put into a feeling. Shower in the room also had a major issue, thought i had initially left the door open, but there was a massive spray from the arm up to the ceiling and out to the floor, leaving a sizable puddle over the mat and anything. else. that had to be used to mop this up (ie our towels). Needs a bit of attention to repairs

The location

Room was okay but really needs refurbishing. Was quiet considering location and pretty handy to local facilities. Shower gel was empty and bed mattress was hard. Probably overpriced for condition but needed accomodation on short notice.
