Great proximity to theme parks, good service and overall comfortable room for a night or 2x.

Very noisy, being close to road. Wouldn't recommend if you want a good night's sleep. Also, we had 10am departure and were pressured to get out of our room at 9.45. Staff very abrupt and unprofessional. No food options.

Absolute disgrace peep show holes in brick work, locks not work on doors. Junkie users, Putrid smell , rotten carpet. Left after 3 hrs. Refund requested.

Great to have the pool, convenient that we could walk to the Dreamworld and Westfield.

I would have preferred to collect the key in person. Most accommodation hve after hours service and we found that was missing. Again, no one was present when returning the key.

The family room that I stayed in had a pungent rotten, damp smell as soon as we walked in, turned AC unit on and that smelled like someone had gone to the toilet in it, very basic amenities.

Possibly a transit stop mentality

Right off the highway. Issues with getting the right key for the door, tested all keys. provided with all manner of opening, but raised with manager. Was sent anther set of keys, but this was the same and they came with a large portion of guilt. Finally got the right set, but had to hang about waiting when had appointments that I should have been preparing for. Although booked through wotif, didn't make it much easier waiting for the info to come through and the general feeling was that I was met with skeptisicm if that can be put into a feeling. Shower in the room also had a major issue, thought i had initially left the door open, but there was a massive spray from the arm up to the ceiling and out to the floor, leaving a sizable puddle over the mat and anything. else. that had to be used to mop this up (ie our towels). Needs a bit of attention to repairs

The location

Room was okay but really needs refurbishing. Was quiet considering location and pretty handy to local facilities. Shower gel was empty and bed mattress was hard. Probably overpriced for condition but needed accomodation on short notice.

The room had everything we needed, however there was a strong bleach smell that gave me a headache for the length of our stay. The two doors had broken locks so I felt unsafe staying the night and slept with a chair against the door. Location was perfect for dreamworld, but I wouldn’t stay again.

Hotel is old and could dnwith a make over

Dust mite allergy sufferers, beware! This is not the place to stay. The room was so dusty, I had trouble sleeping from the reaction it caused. The cutlery provided with tea and coffee facilities had not been cleaned. The beds were so slept in, you could literally feel a dip in the middle. The tv remote didn't work and had a leaking battery in it. Location is right next to the motorway so it's pretty noisy. There was no body wash in the shower and no face washers, so we had to wash ourselves with shampoo. I haven't seen anything like it in a long time. The curtains were disgusting and old and the locks on the security door leading onto the balcony were pretty loose. This is a place you'd pay $40 a night for. I won't be back.

When we entered the room we could hear the toilet cistern tank over flowing into the toilet bowl. In order to stop that we had to turn the water off to the toilet. The bedside tables and lamps were covered in dust, they had obviously not been cleaned prior to our check in.
