Aaa+++ customer service, very clean room and lovely staff. Close to everything. Highly recommend.

There weren't any towels in the bathroom. This was discovered after my shower and I had to dry myself with the floor mat!

The bathroom although clean had broken tiles in the terrible shower, the bed / mattress was terrible and only 3 pillows available which were very flat. The bath towels were really thin the worst I have ever used. The Thai restaurant attached to the property was amazing.

Big room with lots of space but on a busy street that is noisy. Room stank of bleach and the carpet was sticky.

Rooms were clean but need a face lift, especially bathroom. Great Thai restaurant.

Dirty poorly kept run by persons who apply other than Australian standards to accomdation. The owners or managers have provided an authentic third world feel to an otherwise ordinary Australian hotel. Gives you that international feel, you know like the one you get when you are travelling abroad where persons do not share your values, morals or standards. A completely unAustralian effort here. Do not reward these agents of low standards, sleep on the street, have the same or better facilities and save your money

Room made. sugar,coffee,milk not replaced very disappointing.

Old property and needed to sign up to Roku to use the tv

The room had a door into the next room with no lock, we didn’t stay, we put the key in the key return box, jumped in the car and kept traveling. The whole carpark smelled like a pub pokie room with very sketchy people loitering around. Will never book there again, motel is not as advertised. Very disappointed.

The room was very average & outdated. Linen needs to b replaced. Hardly slept at all due to noisy bats in the nearby trees. Staff member seemed pleasant enough but we didnt have much interaction. Would not stay here again.

Disgusting for the money

We were upset at the condition of the room. Unclean.

Good overnight stay for the money. Definitely not for long stays.

Bathroom door needs repair. Mattresses very hard. Staff were friendly. Motel is quite old and needs bit of TLC.

On a busy road but room at the rear of property was very quiet.

The walls are very thin so when neighbours have a shower it makes alot of noise, rooms were very old and in need of make over and were very dusty and smelled of industrial chemicals.
