Need a bit walking from tram station, but it’s quiet and I fell safe at the area. Mind that there’s occasionally sirens sounds, as there’s police station nearby and a fire station next to the hotel. Staff are nice and fluent checkin. The room was generally clean, but we have no shower gel at the first two night, and they don’t refill tissue paper. Of course we can ask for them, but I think they can be more careful and attentive. I was living on 4th floor, and sometimes there’s sound of water passing by the pipes.

What kind of policy is this? Even after paying in full for a 8-night stay, the hotel still demands an additional $350 as a deposit — an amount equivalent to nearly two extra nights. What exactly is this massive deposit for? But the issue isn’t just the size of the deposit or the policy itself. The real frustration lies in the refund process. Once you check out, getting your money back becomes a vague, ambiguous affair. The responsibility is casually shifted to the “card policy,” as if that absolves the hotel of any accountability. Let’s be clear: if the deposit wasn’t used and was simply blocked, it should be released back into the account within hours — not days. I checked out on the 18th of July at 9 AM, and as I write this on 22nd July noon, the deposit still hasn’t been returned. This isn’t just poor service — it feels like a borderline scam. Travelers, be aware. Always read the fine print and don’t let hotels trap your money under the guise of “policy.”

Often hotels have some area in a bathroom that needs a touch up but our room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was immaculate. Very modern and chic.

Should have enough carparks for your guest and we should not have topay either the amount u charged for ppl to stay there is so ridiculous.

We booked a suite room and it was a very nice room. The food from the package deal was pretty average but the manager, Levi and his team made things better. The staff were so kind and welcoming

An excellent location in central Melbourne. Across the park from Queen Victoria Market on one side and right next to the CBD and the harbour area. Restaurant good but not great, staff was very helpful. Room was newly renovated. Clean and comfortable. Price very reasonable. Would stay again

Nice property with new building. Service was good. Staff was friendly. It is though next to fire station. We stayed there for 4 nights and the fire truck bothered us only twice.

Rooms are nice and spacious but lack of car parking can be an issue. The hotel itself has a small allocation of car spaces on site and if you don’t get one they’ll refer to nearby car parking. It may not bother some but if it’s important to you it may impact your stay.
