乾淨舒適，櫃檯的服務親切很好，價格便宜又有提供早餐！各方面都好，只是毛巾浴巾需要租借，因為第一天我們不曉得，到第二天才發現有租借的服務，環境及設備都滿乾淨，可以推薦！

La camera è piccola e con bagno in comune. Ma questo lo sapevamo già prima della partenza, anche se non ci aspettavamo di non avere neanche un posto dove depositare i nostri vestiti. Abbiamo lasciato la struttura dopo la prima notte perché non siamo stati soddiafatti della pulizia della stanza e delle parti comuni in particolare dell'area utilizzata per la colazione. Ci è dispiaciuto perché la posizione di questa struttura è centrale, vicinissima all'Australian Museum , Hyde Park, a 20 minuti a piedi dal Royal Botanic Park e Art Gallery.

Fiquei extremamente satisfeita com a estadia. O hostel tem estrutura e conforto de hotel: cama muito confortável, serviço de quarto eficiente e banheiros sempre limpos. A flexibilidade no check-in e check-out fez toda a diferença. A segurança também é um ponto forte, com senhas nas portas de acesso comum e na entrada principal. Bem localizado e. Km fácil aceso para os transportes, a comunicação foi fácil e rápida com a equipe. Recomendo fortemente!

For a hostel type experience it was okay. The room had an intense bathroom smell and projector didn’t work properly.

On the whole the room and staff were very good - my only complaint would be the banging of doors through the night - some method of softening their closure would improve things

Amazing, can’t recommend this place enough. Huge value for money. I extended my stay here as it is so well run, the staff are so friendly and kind, it is always clean and the morning breakfast is always fantastic.

Check in really quick. Room was perfect for our needs. Staff member we saw was very helpful and efficient. No room keys to carry! Just a code. We felt for us that was a plus. Slept well. Share bathroom and kitchen suitable. Included breakfast was great!

The staff were fantastic, first off, but my number one reason for writing this review was the bed. This hotel has the best bed I have ever slept in. After a fun day walking around the city, it was so easy to fall asleep. If comfort is a concern for you, I highly recommend Cozy M.

Good for the price , rooms were very clean . Had everything you would need for an overnight stay

Easy access to all the places I needed to be close to King Cross and Opera House. Room was very clean and projector on the wall a nice touch.

I stay here every time I go to Sydney.

I liked the breakfast, & the compactness of the Hotel venue.. room was fine. Staff not easily accessible when needed. PIN numbers for door entries, frustrating.. would prefer swipe card… over all OK… just needs abit more availability of staff.
