下午三點十五分要Checkin，竟然找不到服務人員，最後只好打上面的電話問服務員在哪，服務員要我們自己進房間說鑰匙在桌上。 沒有提供吹風機，讓我的偏頭痛痛死人了，加上又找不到服務員。 隔天十點一到立刻跑來敲門說該退房了。 感覺不是很好，只是因為它便宜所以住進來了。

I would not stay there. No reception our keys were in room with door unlocked. A creepy guy followed us to our room and was talking outside our door. The rooms smelled. Very horrible experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. Should not be listed on wotif,

It was scary: - telephone check-in, door to room open, key on table. - checked in to the room at 2.15pm and returned at 4:15pm only to find the room occupied by the previous occupant from the day before - staff didn't bother to check why the previous occupant hadn't returned the key. - at 1:00am there was soft knocking on the door which stopped when asked "what do you want". A Prostitute/Escourt who had counted the doors and was looking for number 6 - ours was the sixth door but not number 6! - at 6:00am went to car only to be confronted by next door occupant (3) who stuck their nose into our car and room. So promptly packed and left. - Instructions were to leave key in room. Given previous experience decide to drop key in to early departure box. As we left we noticed the occupant from next door (3) trying the locked door of number 4. Seems motel does not have any supervised or on site presence of manager.

This motel is nothing like what’s on the website. Somebody’s been cooking drugs in the rooms. People coming and going non-stop. The rooms are nothing like what’s in the photos. Bed smell like people have pissed on them. Manager is rude. Can only be contacted by phone. Doesn’t have the guts to face people Just takes their money and laughs. I have reported to the police and local council unfit to stay in

Not upto the standard of motel

Room reasonable but could certainly do with some maintenance and upkeep to make it present better and more enjoyable to stay, was noisy at times with people coming and going at all hours of the night, hotel was in a convenient location for my requirements.

We booked two rooms at $150 each. No one to greet you at reception. You had to phone them to ask how to in your room. Keys left in unlooked rooms and a key return box. (We returned them very quickly) Garden areas, just beds of weeds. Suspicious already. Rooms furnishings outdated and well worn. The advertising photos are false. They must have been taken, when it was new or refurbished. (Many, many years ago.) One robe had two bent wire coat hangers. The other room, No ironing board, No hairdryer in either room. One room had a couch that looked like it was an afterthought and was dragged in from outdoors that dogs slept on. Did not want to sit on it. Both showers had mould, old tiles that had not been cleaned, ever! One room had some long-life milk, the other didn’t. One room had a knife and fork no spoons, yet bowls. One room had dessertspoons no bowls. Neither had teaspoons. What the!! Missed matched crockery and a very dirty glass. Both kitchen cupboards doors had water damage. In one room pulled out the tray of mixed crockery, from under the kitchen sink and was dripping wet. Then water poured out from the shelves all over the floor, obviously a plumbing problem. So, then we couldn’t bypass it to get to the bathroom. Dangerous. Nothing to mop it up. Only two towels that where on the bed. Which we would have needed for a shower. We had travelled for 3 hours and had a function to get too. Time was precious. By now, I said we are out of here. We didn’t have time to deal wit

no coat hangers in robe, pillows hard and no extras, TV remote would not turn the TV off, had to switch off at power point, kitchen light did not work, fridge had a piece of wood under the front which made it rock, no plug for the vanity basin, water pooled on the bathroom floor due to a leak from the P Trap connection with the toilet ( Not Healthy).

When i booked it said 2pm Check in. I was on a work trip and was arriving at 1pm. So i sent a email 24 hours in advance asking for a early checkin. We all know we can work something out, even if it means agreeing to put a key somewhere. When i arrived the Caretaker responded to phone 2pm check in, nothing positive as a welcome and when i explained I emailed for a early check in or a arrangement and got no reply the caretaker/owner admitted to not checking emails. The room is cosy enough, for me the bed was great, the shower was terrific. The carpet floors need a make over but Meh, i wasnt licking them or rolling around playing with kids so no biggie. The TV was absoloutley useless. But i wasnt there to watch tv so it didnt bother too much but the tvs have 404 channels with only metro melbourne stations really available and even some of them channels only have Audio available no images. It needs a tv guru to go through every room or through the main program and block the channels the guests wont see anything on so they can navigate through the 9 or so channels they have a choice of Also on my check out day the cleaner said ‘hello’ then attempted to come in at just before 9am - i was in my underpants on my bed. Lucky i had my chain link on. They should be waiting until 10am checkout or until i hand my key back. The only reason i had the chain link on was because some of the other guests looked dodgy. L

Felt unsafe, didn’t even last one night and can’t get my money back

It should not be advertised as an accommodation. It looks like an emergency shelter.

Didn’t end up staying. Lost my money as it was non refundable

Was contacted before arrival as we were to be a late check in, and the guy was friendly, which was great. Arrived to find a dirty bathroom, an inch of green mould covered the entire shower floor, there was something splashed all up the walls in the kitchen area, the heater is held together with sticky tape, dirty coffee rings on cabinets. I rang to let the manager know and his response was ‘oh yeah - that room needs a renovation’ to which I responded ‘no, it needs a CLEAN’ and pointed out a good scrub would get rid of the problem. He just repeated it needed a renovation and offered no solution, no room alternative, no refund, nothing. Sheets on the bed were clean thank goodness

The room itself aesthetically nice but the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke was too much. From one night my clothes smelled of smoke when I left. The bed was comfortable, easy check in and accommodating for those arriving after hours.

You get what you pay for. Very basic. Other guests were a bit dubious!!
