Crowne Plaza PERTH, an IHG Hotel

The hotel is quite old and heating/aircon is making some noise but not big issue. They are also renovating part of the rooms and they started moving /construction work early around 6:30-7:00 am, which was very disturbing and woke us up. If you are an early waker that might be fine but it was quite annoying for us. When we asked if they can stop it for a bit or do something lighter for a while, the front desk guy said sure and he will text the workers. However it did not stop and he should have just go to the workers as they are probably not looking at their phones when working….. the attitude is just polite for acquaintance from my point of view but not really trying to solve the problem.

We stayed three nights and booked the rooms with a balcony overlooking the huge grass field to Swan River. The view was beautiful from morning to sundown. The service staff was friendly and helpful. There were good selections for the breakfast buffet. We had dinner one night at the Gusti restaurant in the hotel. The food was very fresh and tasty. The downtown shopping area is walkable.

酒店就在天鹅湖边，湖景房很棒，早餐也不错，距离机场二十来分钟，员工友好。

酒店位置比较远离市中心，走路都得20分钟以上。性价比不算太高。背后的草坪和河边适合散步。酒店服务很热情，设施也不错。规模也比较大。周边有一个小的超市，和唯一一个中餐馆。

房間清潔，環境寧靜，職員熱情有禮，位置方便。

位置方便, 24小時便利店及巴士站都可以行到. 晚上街道比較黑, 但感覺安全. 周圍十分寧靜舒服. 職員有禮, 願意協助. 餐廳食物質素不錯. 房間清潔, 窗外就是河景, 但要自備牙刷.

ROOM WAS GREAT AND EO WERE THE STAFF, BREAKFAST WAS GREAT I THINK A BIGGER TOASTER WOULD BE GREAT . We spent alot of time waiting to get our bread toasted

Booked a twin room. We thought all rooms had a balcony, as per all the photos. We were given this room with no balcony, and a tiny corner window that we could not even open. Small space, no room to move, and couldnt even open a window. Worst room in the hotel.

Excellent location to the city and attractions. Hotel is well managed and in excellent condition. Breakfast is lovely and freshly made to your order. Swimming pool is lovely but a little cold. Excellent gym facilities if you like that sort of thing. Room was spacious and well cleaned. View from our room was excellent from our uninterrupted view of park and river

Room was clean, large comfortable bed with nice pillows, and nice and quiet.
