The location is perfect. Near to Darling Harbour and the public transportation. The room is big and the beds are super comfy. The only downside is the window not fully sound proof. We can hear cars roaring down the street sometimes.

Had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza. Big suite, comfy bed, bath was luxurious and Dyson hair dryer and straightener were a bonus! Breakfast was a menu choice and food yummy. Excellent location for walking to Martin Place, Pitt St, Darling Harbour, Lyric Theatre. Tram nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely stellar location and super friendly staff. Place was clean, great amenities and affordable. My only wish is that the carpet be replaced in the rooms and hallways. Looking a little worn and dated. Besides that excellent.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Very environmentally conscious with a lot of recycling and a water refilling station on each floor. Great breakfast with great coffee and freshly cooked hot food.
