Excellent location and facilities however my only recommendation would be based on the room charge l suggest the hotel adds pay TV eg foxtel or Netflix, You tube. Apart from free to air TV and movies offered not much else. Apart from that all good and would stay again.

Rooms were very nice and amenities were great! Very close to central Cairns and surrounded by lots of restaurant/food options. Only a 10 minute walk to the Cairns Night Markets and 5 minute walk from the Aquarium. Would absolutely stay here again!

It was good hotel near a lot of famous place.
If you stay higher floor, it has nice view but if you stay lower floor, you will hear music from
ground floor by 10pm and bit noisy.

I think it wiuld be a 5 star if the gym was better equipped and the pool got sun.

Modern place with friendly staff. A major drawback is the air conditioning, which cannot be set cold enough, and the fact that the windows do not open. As a result, the air in the room feels stuffy and stale. I tried to solve this by propping the door open to the hallway... not exactly an ideal solution for obvious reasons ;-)

Great Location, central to eateries near the Esplanade, plus BWS & City Supermaket. Amazing Bed! Beautiful finishes & bathroom. I love the rain water head in the shower. You could also stream TV or chose from Free movies.
