Simply great place to stay! Our stay here was very relaxing, looking out across the rainforest. The facilities are fantastic, and the location is perfect.

We stayed in the Tree Top room and would highly recommend it; we will definitely book again. We had two dinners and one breakfast; the dinners were lovely. My only feedback is that the breakfast was a little disappointing, the poached eggs were hard and the toast was dry, my preference is soft poached eggs, everything else was great. I had a gorgeous spa treatment, the products were divine, my skin felt amazing after. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, thank you making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

The service was horrible but food and aesthetic was awesome

Lovely venue. Unfortunately missing 5star service ie nil offer or transport to assist with luggage when suite located a distance. Service seemed to be missing opportunities to impress. Room had hand marks on glass and no bins Nil bar fridge options. It just didn’t make the 5star mark

2nd time staying at a Crystalbrook after having a negative experience at Crystalbrook Riley in Cairns previous. Assumed it may have just been the particular hotel and decided to try again in Byron. Lengthy check in with room not yet available. When finally able to access the room it was a lovely layout, bed was very comfortable lounges not so much. The iPad used for ordering room service and room information was not working. The shower had a stainless steel floor and was extremely slippery and really was a safety risk. The metal also lifted after hot water began running on it which felt like you could fall through the floor. Lots of potential with lovely amenities and surrounds. The staff were friendly. Unfortunately Crystalbrook on two occasions now have shown that they don’t back up the marketing.

Only one spare blanket for two beds. We were assured that sofa bed in family bed was made up but when we arrived it was not made up. Room was cold and could not work out how to turn kn air con. Some written instructions would be helpful.

Loved the access to the beach!

We have stayed here before - it was all lovely except they worked on the room above us it was really loud and the loud staff yelling at each other about the job was Sooo un relaxing apart from this very frustrating time everything else was lovely and really enjoyed the yoga in the morning

Perfectly located away from town. Serene and calming forest outlook, plus great pool
