Good room everything as expected

Yes absolutely beautiful

Suitable for an overnight stay. Important areas are clean but could do with an overall deep clean....especially the walls. Was a apartment and pleanty big enough for a larger group with a big balcony.

Big room and very quiet

We loved our apartment size, layout , parking, cleanliness and the view of the river, harbour & city , from the large balcony was incredible.

Beautiful cafe around the corner

The room was not as shown on the site as we only had a view of buildings not water as we thought we were getting. Mould on curtains and dust on the floor and mouldy smell in the room. Big disappointment from our previous stay.

All great, except for some street noise during the night.

The property was clean, well maintained, and close to East Shores Park and many restaurants.

Office wasn’t open 3pm on an Monday even though it stated on wotif email that office hours were to 6pm.

The photo was not our experience as our view was the car park which we heard the vehicles and club next door. Not great for our six year old. We returning to area again, but book elsewhere

Have stayed here multiple times. Everytime I have booked this place different pictures on booking site as must be privately owned apartments. I even tried to confirm this via email correspondence but was ignored. Picture shows higher floor facing the water like I always have been and have paid extra for. This time even though the picture was high floor water view we were on bottom floor facing a court house. I had saved for this weekend for the school holidays for sooooo long and my children were so dissapointment and upset when we got the room we did as they was expecting water view high floor as per the picture. All they wanted was a water view to watch the boats. When I rang and questioned if we could possibly move rooms and tried to explain my history and how often I had stayed there and what the situation was I was cut off and told that’s all there is. We could barely get the tv remote to work, foxtel remote did not work at all, air con was so clunky and loud and would vibrate everything and wake the kids so couldn’t use that. Toilet constantly filling up all night making a noise again waking up the kids. No lock on the door. Not to mention filthy curtains couches bathrooms etc. not sure what went so wrong in comparison to all my other wonderful stays.

Noisy as hell even with windows and doors shut! not far from the pub that went all hours on a Thursday night so listened to all the pub noise, music and drunken fighting in the street etc to all hours. Beds in all rooms had springs digging into your back. Didn't make for a comfortable stay. Otherwise , apartment had everything else you could want for a long stay.

Makes sure to arrive before 5pm when office open. Says 6pm on paperwork. No map to show how to get to back of building especially when dark and raining. 2 bedroom unit spacious with good views in distances. Nice restaurant next door. Walking distance to park and river. Air conditioning a little temperamental. Friendly receptionist

The aircon really didn’t work very well. Also the information provided was outdated. The access code to the carpark was old as was the out of hours phone number details…

It was good. Very good

Main bathroom was dirty, shower smelt and was unusable. Bed was broken and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The noise from party goers dispersing from the clubs at 3am was enough to keep us up for hours

Great location and property provided all facilities needed for our 3 night stay. Comfortable and fabulous views. Noise was a problem on Friday night from a loud crowd in the street, however much quieter other nights.
