Light in bathroom not working. Not quite as nice as the previous night for a similar price.

Clean and everything was of a high standard.

Stay there again and again

Average stay. Air conditioning didn’t work. They said they would change our room but didn’t. No reception available on weekends.

I will stay there again very quiet only know hear plane flying past

It would of been nice if the room was nice and cool when we arrived it was like a oven the room when we arrived. They need to service their air conditioners its not very cold.

key not left in lock box, no text with instruction given for late check in. very noisy with disturbance early in morning. not a pleasant stay

Just had a renovation looks beautiful, very clean and looks great inside the room. The only thing is the bed definitely need new beds. It was like I was sleeping on spring

Room was freezing and no blanket available. I was overseas when booked and informed the hotel I would be arriving outside checkin hours. I had to have a friend ring the hotel to get the information to get into the room. They did not give me the information needed.

This accomodation is budget, with your own transport it is not difficult to get to wherever you want to go. It's a pity the restaurant is closed down. I've stayed before and would stay again but not if I was travelling with my wife.

Great bang for your buck

Terrible communication. We’re not able to check in.

The website photos did not reflect the poor conditions of the unit we paid for. The unit had a bad odour and was very hot on arriving. We had to wait 45 minutes with other people also waiting as we had not received the promised code to get keys from lockers. The air con was inadequate and turned off when we went out during the day. The fridge was poorly maintained/cleaned and leaked water onto the floor overnight. The appliances in the kitchen cupboard were dirty and had a bad smell. The couch was dirty and covered in stains. The mattress and bed linen were dirty and the disabled shower was unsafe due to water not draining away properly.

The access was not convenient.

Closeness to shop's

It was lovely and l noticed you finally put a non slip mat in the disability shower which is awesome. However you changed the dinning table to a coffee table which was not suitable having dinner. Please put back the dinning table we can use it as a coffee table too. No sharp knives so could not cut a lemon or even a watermelon. There is a need to put better cutlery out.
