This was mt first time staying here and tbh, I was very surprised that such a gem was even an option in Warrnambool. The room was 5 star and the service equally so. I enjoyed my dinner immensely and they had a lovely buffet breakfast.
Unfortunately, I didn't have time to indulge in the hot springs or wellness centre, but I'll be back when I'm not there on business and take a relaxing break!

We had breakfast $25 buffet at Tide Cafe which was quite good - has hot and cold options, easy for a Sunday morning. We enjoyed our 2 night stay here.

The view from our room, which we thought was sea view, was non existent…..we were on first floor overlooking the car park. I was very disappointed because I truly believed we had a much better view. Staff were excellent and although the room was very clean, especially the lovely bathroom, some of the furnishings were shabby.

We had a fabulous stay, our room was very clean and comfortable, just too hot overnight. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner Tides - we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals, showing great skill from the chefs. The hot springs and salt room were very relaxing.

A great location for a weekend getaway. Friendly staff, delicious food at Tides and relaxing experience at Hot Springs. Not so enjoyable was an additional fee of $25 for splitting a king size bed in 2…also hot springs need to ban mobile phones from their Pools and educate people that mobile phones have no place in the ancient ritual of bathing.
