Discovery Parks - 拜伦湾

I found the reception staff very helpful and pleasant. My cabin was very spacious, light and airy. it was a short drive into Byron Bay shops and the beach was beautiful. I am travelling solo so haven't checked the other amenities. I would certainly come again.

Perfect area not too busy, felt easy and safe didn’t have to worry about the kids running around. Could have a bar a bistro by pool area though

Great holiday park

Loved the cabin, with the backdrop of the large pond. Beautiful to wake up to

Pretty good place, we enjoyed our stay. The only drawback is that it’s not easy to get around if you don’t have a car. The place is very nice and big with lots to do in it, it even has a lake inside of it and a cafe right outside. Overall, very nice just pay in mind you’ll struggle a bit without a car.

Our first visit and the cabins are exceptional. The convenience of accessing the water park, giant pillow plus the option of 2 pools is great. When it rained just popped back to the cabin for a while and then back to the water park when weather cleared. Holiday programme for kids is great. Facilities are immaculate. Thank you

I stayed in one of the "tiny house" cabins, I'd like to suggest a small shelf above the soap etc.bottles next to the sink for makeup or shaving gear etc. everything else ...perfect.

First time at a Discovery Park, and will certainly be returning and trying other Discovery locations. Certainly exceeded our expectations with wonderful service and the cabin was very spacious and has everything we needed.

Good and cute

We stayed here for 3 nights primarily because it was the cheapest / most affordable option for us in/near Byron Bay. The staff on reception were lovely as were the maintenance lads that we spoke to around the site. The 2 x pool areas and the camp kitchen were also clean and tidy (although sun loungers could have done with a clean). We booked to stay in an economy cabin and really wished we hadn’t. The cabin was clearly old and maintenance was needed. Curtains were stained, paint peeling off in some areas, main door didn’t seem to connect properly before locking meaning we didn’t feel that our luggage was particularly safe. The cabin definitely needed an overhaul and updating. The main issue for us was the fact 5 of the 6 washing machines were out of order and having read reviews on arrival from a few weeks prior, this had been the case for sometime. Given we had booked this accommodation because we needed laundry facilities, this was really disappointing and inconvenienced us massively. We raised it with reception staff who advised they had no solution to offer (waiting on parts) except to suggest we travel to North Byron laundromat. The park shouldn’t offer amenities if not available on a long term basis or at least have informed us after booking & given us the option of cancelling our booking. I have emailed a complaint but not heard anything back as yet. Location wise - it’s a good 2.5km walk to Byron Bay along a very busy highway.

When we arrived at the reception office, we were told that they had upgraded us to a lake view cabin which we didn’t expect and so that was so kind of them to do so. The staff were very friendly and professional. We highly recommend this holiday park and we would definitely use them again when we get back to Byron.

Honestly didnt know what to expect... This place is awesome! As a Canadian family with a 3 year old and a 8 month old it was perfect. We ended up with a unintentional late check in and we didnt have a phone to call for late check in but thankfully an amazing lady let us borrow her phone to call the number. It would be great if they emailed not texted info. But once we called he gave us our key and passcode to the gate and away we went. We got just the smallest cabin and it worked good for us. The floors werent that clean but beds were. The splash park was so much fun for both kids! And the pool was awesome too. Really appreciate the sunshelters for us northerners as we are almost glistening in the sun. There is a cook kitchen with full ovens and stoves if you want to cook more meals. The showers/toilets were so nice, nicer then our cabins shower. The laundry was nice too even though we didnt use it. Sad we didnt stay longer! It was awesome! Really appreciate it was gated so you really felt safe (even though we never felt unsafe outside of the gate either) Thank you for doing a great job!

We were very impressed by how clean and modern the deluxe lakeside cabin was. We were a little surprised to discover they were actually a duplex setup but it wasn’t an issue and we rarely heard our adjoining neighbours. Also loved how family friendly the park was with soo many facilities and activities available

In need of maintenance and some finishing touches - blind fell off the window, no mats on entry so all dirt gets inside, no blankets for bunk beds only sheets, dinning table chair broken, dusty floors on arrival. Amentities - camp kitchen / pool and water slides / jumping pillow / onsite food availability are all excellent Location - excellent
