Great stay and there was nothing to fault. 2 bedroom apartment was in the 14th floor which helped with the noise from trams/trains. Well equipped and comfortable apartment. I would recommend and would be happy to stay again if in the area again.

The staff gave us lots of information before we arrived Melbourne. However, the fire alarm in room start beeping in the morning, and we have told reception at least three times to fix it. And the staff said that she will come to check it in a minute, but sadly no one came to fix it, so we slept with that annoying beeping sound in the last night of staying Melbourne.

5 mins walk from South Yarra Station, and the station is very convenient for tourists to go city center of Melbourne. The whole room is spacious, however, the bedroom is relatively small. The kitchenware are adequate for me to cook a good meal.
The customer service will send email to you in advance for preparation of the room. This makes the difference than typical apartment.

Zimmer war völlig ok, auch gerade in Bezug auf den Preis. Liegt direkt neben Chapel St., da geht alles, Essen, Einkaufen, Bar. Zentraler Anschluss mit Bahn und Tram, da kommt man überall hin. Noch viel empfehlenswerter zu Fuß am Yarra entlang zur City. Personal sehr Freundlich

Honestly such lovely staff at the front desk, they were very hospitable towards me after my flight was cancelled and I would not make it there before they’d left. I love the electronic key access made me feel so safe and secure. Would stay again if I come back down
