I couldnt access the laundry in the carpark but orher units had laundry facilities in the room. Brilliant l9cation near shops and restaurants, terrific service from my host and easy access to the airport. Highly recommend.

Very clean and nice place. Supermarket and restaurants are just across the street and are very convenient. For a family the space is a bit congested and ther is no cooking facility.

No reception at all.
You received a door password through email and everything was smooth in a sense that you used the password to enter the front door and your room.
There is a guide on the room table and basically you will know everything about your room.
It is clean and tidy.

Room was clean however some mould in the shower and the plumbing was very noisy. You could hear other units each time the water or toilet was used. The tv is so outdated so you cannot use your apps to enjoy something of your own liking.

Everything at your fingertips. Coles is across the road and the City Cat terminal about a 20 minute walk. Restaurants and cafes straight out your door.

I’d rate it 3.5 out of 5. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the location is great. There’s also free garage parking, which is a plus. The room is spacious, but it wasn’t very clean—there was hair on the floor—and the soundproofing is poor. I could hear water running from other rooms, people entering and exiting next door, and conversations in the hallway.
