Very clean and nice place. Supermarket and restaurants are just across the street and are very convenient. For a family the space is a bit congested and ther is no cooking facility.

No reception at all.
You received a door password through email and everything was smooth in a sense that you used the password to enter the front door and your room.
There is a guide on the room table and basically you will know everything about your room.
It is clean and tidy.

I have stayed in this property a few times in the last 2 months and this time I was absolutely disappointed in my overall experience. The room was dirty and dusty, the bathroom was awful and generally not welcoming. I will not return to this property in a hurry after my recent experience.

We stayed for one night with 5 adults before heading to the airport early the next morning. It was excellent. Lovely room, nice balcony to sit and relax, Coles supermarket across the road and so many dining options in walking distance. I would definitely stay again.

Not as described, door opens out to a communal courtyard/area which is adjoined to multiple units, access to room is via a common area, past the keypad entry so neighbours could have access to my room if I didn’t physically lock the door from the inside when I walked in. Noting around the area, small tv sitting above a cabinet above the fridge, noisy, old and extremely overpriced

The apartment is in an excellent neighbourhood with shops, restaurants & a supermarket close by. Unfortunately the bathroom was unclean although this was attended to very promptly. The ironing board was missing, again attended to promptly. No bowls to eat cereal from! We have been staying here for over 10 years & we’re very disappointed on this occasion.

We loved all aspects. Convenient, clean, quiet efficient way of check-in, a nice park to walk around, quiet..i won't hesitate to recommend anyone. We definitely will stay there again next time we come to Brisbane.
