The host was very helpful. The property was in a rural setting with a view of the ocean with several kangaroos present in the late afternoon.

Eagle Bay House was a real treat. Well set up and great hosts. Is in a secluded bushland setting. Kangaroos graze on the lawns sunrise and sunset. Not too far to Dunsborough to eat out. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful location with great walking tracks nearby

A beautiful place to stay, high up among the trees, with ocean views. Rooms were perfect - spacious, clean, comfortable. The serve yourself breakfast was a great idea. Matthew was a great host and very welcoming. 15 mins drive into Dunsborough for shops and restaurants.

Loved the view and comfort. Owners Matt & Olida are very welcoming and hospitable. Very clean and relaxing.

Great hosts and quiet and relaxing

Many thanks to Oli and Matt for your hospitality. Oli and some beautiful birds greeted me when I arrived around 2pm with a plate full of fruits and chocolates. Had lovely chat and showed me around the property. Saw kangaroos outside the room after I came back from sunset photography at Sugarloaf Rock. Met Matt the second night while I was having wines outside the room and we had great conversations. The room was beautiful and clean, beautiful design and well decorated and smell so nice. We really love the place and will be back for sure.

Beautiful little getaway - we stayed in the Spring room and were able to watch the kangaroos in the afternoon from our room and outdoor bbq area. Access to fresh breakfast and coffee. Hosts were super lovely and loved a chat - Highly recommended :)

Beautiful views, kangaroos in the garden (along with other wildlife), great hosts, fantastic beaches close by and overall very relaxing.

Nice quiet getaway!

My wife and I had a lovely stay at Eagle Bay House. Matt and Olida were very friendly and accommodating and greeted us on our arrival and departure. The room was immaculately clean and well appointed. The self serve breakfast was perfect for us and we enjoyed it outside surrounded by beautiful bushland and an amazing view of Eagle bay. The only regret we have is that we did not stay longer!

Very clean, a beautiful spot, friendly helpful hosts who were very keen to please. Lovely breakfast options provided. Nice soft bed linen and good hot water. TV with Netflix too! Nice and quiet getaway - thank you! Would stay again definitely.

We enjoyed the privacy of Eagle Bay House, the warm welcome from Matt and Olida and the well appointed en suite room. Very comfortable beds, pillows and linen, generous quality towels and spotlessly clean. We also appreciated the 24-hour help yourself continental breakfast as we are not early birds on holiday! The greeting bowl of chocolate (thank you for the dark kind, hate milk choc) and fruit gave a great touch. We certainly would recommend this place and will be back. One concern: A tapping noise from the roof fan vent which can be irritating.

Olida was wonderful as was the property. Very clean. 4 towels for 2 people was luxurious. Super comfy bed. Shared guest kitchen was wonderful to chat with other guests and well stocked with quality products.Having Netflix was awesome. Bush location was restorative. We shall return!!
