Comfy bed. Great location. Free bus to the city at the doorstep. Pool fantastic. Cafes and restaurants on the waterfront all good. Optus arena a 10 minute walk away. Victoria gardens on the doorstep. Supermarket across the road. Staff so lovely and kind

our room was beautifully clean and comfy , everything we needed was there , staff very friendly a short walk to the stadium which was what we did and the yellow cat bus was just outside our door which we used several times and lovely coffee shops closeby

Knowledgeable and helpful staff (thankyou Deb!).
Everything was clean and tidy and the rooms are as advertised.
Not all washing machines in the laundry were in working order which delayed me doing my washing, but this did not have a huge impact to the trip.

Great location. Our fridge froze everything so was useless. The washer AND dryer were both out of order all over Easter!!! Our room was on top of a restaurant so quite noisy at night. I prob would not stay again.

Superb hotel, great staff, fabulous location close to all amenities. The room we had in the adjoining block was a little tired, especially cabinets, etc. it had crisp white bedding and lovely towels and was cleaned daily. In fairness, when we were leaving some rooms were being renovated.

Noisiest hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Our room ended up being directly above The Royal Hotel which was extremely noisy from 10am until 10pm both days of our stay. The patrons were so loud we could hear their conversations like they were in the room with us, even with all doors and windows shut and the curtains drawn. Unfortunately cannot recommend, it was louder than the F1 in Melbourne last week.
