Great view with our corner room, but it can get really cold during winter time.

前台服務員十分親切熱誠，盡力協助所需，效率非常高，極有禮貌！在房間嘅露台坐一會，望住個廣闊嘅山脈，享受一個簡單嘅便當已經好滿足，心境自在，悠然自得。

為於極佳觀賞藍山的katoomba area , three sister rcok , senic world 就在附近，當你打開房門，jameison valley 就在露台眼前，這才讓人真正享受藍山！雖然這天天公不造美，大部份時間都在下雨行雷及濃霧，但這晚在這酒店留宿也是絕佳體驗，合理的價格，新穎不過時的室內設計，友善親切的員工，絕佳的食物，讓我們澳洲之旅留下美好的回憶！

1. 房間舒適, 山景一流, 亦好近3姊妹峰。 2. 只是暖氣機 (冷氣機) 比較嘈, 洗手間門鎖壞了。 3. 另一問題是房內竟然無垃圾桶, 但隔離房是有的。 酒店外表是不錯的, 但細緻位仍有待改進。

Incredible views of the valley/mountians. First class property with impeccable service. Short drive to lots of sightseeing and hiking trails from easy to expert. Stunningly beautiful area.

Very expensive for what we have paid, need to pay to get a coffee, carpet is old and decolered.

Our room was ready right on the check in time of 3pm. It would have been nice to check in earlier since the weather was miserable. We checked in at the sister hotel Lilianfels as there was no staff at our hotel. The room was tidy. The bathroom was so very very tight and tied, you could not fit more than one person in there. There is not enough parking on the premises especially of an evening which is very frustrating in wet weather.

One of the most memorable views from a hotel room I’ve ever had the privilege to experience. The view from the terrace is unmatched both day and night, assuming you have a clear sky for star gazing. The room itself was comfortable but quite tired. Lots of scuffs, wear and tear. Clearly it has been much loved for many years but is in need of a minor face lift. That said, it was perfectly clean and didn’t detract front the stay. It would take a lot more to make me regret booking a room with that view. I’ll surely remember the tranquility and scenery above all else.

Fresh air and great view at the terrace. No employees at the entrance of the hotel; registrations should be at the Lilianfels Blue Mountains Resort & Spa, which is located across the street.

Stayed overnight for blue mountains. It was a disappointment arriving as you have to check in a different hotel and then drive to echo hotel. There is reception there but no staff at this hotel. Hotel and rooms need a massive refurbishment. Money they are charging to stay here is over priced and I would only stay here again for the view of the mountains from the bedroom at a discount. Didn’t eat at either restaurants because not much to choose from. Spa treatments not available and closed for refurbishment I believe. We was very disappointed. Carpets and sofas in our room stinks of pets and wasn’t very clean and the shower was broken and needed replacing so wasn’t a proper shower unfortunately.

Amazing and charming hotel. Perfect for a family stay.

Traumhaft schönes Hotel, hatte Zimmer mit Terasse mit ausblick auf die Berge. Für check in muss man gleich nebenan ins Lilianfels Hotel. Die Restaurants in beiden Hotels sind hervorraged. Vom Hotel ist hat man ca. 10 min Spazuergang zum 3Sister lookout Point.
