I asked at reception if they had anything to apply bodywash with instead of my hand. Not very helpful and they didn't understand what I was asking for. The room was smelling like an old boot when I first opened the door. Bathroom was not as clean as I expected for $275 a night. No double Glazing on the balcony door and window to silence the loud noise from the road traffic. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great location, very clean, good transport links (especially by bus/car) for sightseeing in Perth & getting around. We enjoyed our stay.

Found long black hairs in my bed. The reason why I checked out early. I’m male with very little hair.

The unit I stayed in was incredibly noisy. Right next to the highway, no soundproofing. The light from out on the balcony was extremely bright and shone straight into the bathroom and even under the door lighting up the bedroom at night. We asked for it to be fixed but this did not happen. This, plus the noise meant it was almost impossible to sleep

everything was clean and good except for the pool so we didn’t swim in there coz it was covered in dirt and bugs and didn’t wanna catch diseases

Bed was super comfy but heater was so loud.

Parking was excellent. Staff were friendly. Room facilities were very minimal. There wasn’t any crockery or utensils available in the room to use for your eating your own food. There wasn’t any tea towels or dishwashing liquid for even cleaning the teacups and teaspoons that are provided to use. There were no hand towels or face washers in the bathroom. The bed was rock hard. The shower curtain made showering difficult, however, shower pressure very good and bathroom was a decent size and clean. Not enough toilet paper was provided, we had to buy our own as the room is only serviced on request.

Constant cigarette smell. Irish junkie homeless person threatening for not giving him a cigarette even after telling him I don't smoke while collecting my laundry.

Take down the perspex. Treat the customer like a customer. I've had a couple of 'overcharged transaction's solely because the person behind the counter cannot understand English. Or cannot formulate a flowing sentence. It's a regression in culture. 'But in my country' so on and so forth. Being penalized by fools in every aspect of life is becoming lackadaisical. Especially when you're paying resort prices in the slums.
