Clean, comfortable room, good place. Have kitchen. But they should state clearly that the laundry room costs, and it opens only in daytime.

We enjoyed our stay at Edgecliff Motel. The room was big, the beds were comfortable and they gave us a continental breakfast every morning (a boxed breakfast of cereal, fruit, milk and a granola bar). It is close to buses and the train station - so its very convenient to get into Sydney CBD, but at a reasonable price. We would definitely stay here again. Also, there is an AMAZING fish takeaway (Eastpoint Seafood) on the left side of the train station, best we had in Australia and a super nice family run it.

Relatively cheap and close to the city, but the room was smelly, the staff didn't empty rubbish, beds not made nor sheets changed over 3 days. Get what you pay for I guess.

Close, walking distance to Kings Cross and the city.

Clean room, staff friendly, shops and train station nearby. Overall good place to stay. I would stay again if I travel to NSW.
Only thing would be good if there was a fan in the bathroom.
