訂酒店的時候，以為是城市邊緣，但實際上要搭巴士半小時以上才能抵達，而且太偏僻，附近沒有任何商店。最近的便利店要步行超過20分鐘，對於沒有車的旅客來說非常不便。前台服務人員上班時間是9am-4pm，check-in的時候要留意！對於跨區駕車而來的人士，這間酒店是性價比很高的選擇，價格真的很便宜，對於一般旅客就真的要認真考慮了，在陌生地方住偏遠酒店感覺不太安全。

Surprisingly clean, no weird smells and well priced, great location too (just off the M3 freeway). However, it's seen better days. The decoration was dated, during our stay the tv had no sound, shower water will randomly go from burning hot to chilling cold every 2 minutes. Not bad overall, but could be better.

Daily suite make-up service is provided, rooms are clean and the massage bath tub is wonderful! Only the position of the air-con cannot fully cover the room and cannot warm the room completely, which is quite important in winter time, and the hair-dryer is broken. The location of this hotel may not be handy because it takes 30 mins to drive to city from the hotel. However, the backyard of the hotel is beautiful with a glowing tree during nite which is magnificent and the staff is nice.

E.Lodge 在Eastern Fwy旁边，方便之处是从市中心可以坐一程公交25分钟内到达，另外也有公交279路来往Doncaster Westfield 和Box Hill火车站，都是10分钟车程。自驾的酒店有停车的地方，住的房间暖气功能没有了，有电热毯还好。

My family and I stayed here for a wedding at Ballara in Eltham. Room was very clean. Quiet area. Room was nice and warm overnight. Bed was comfortable. Sufficient amount of soap, shampoo, conditioner. House keeping was great also. The beautiful garden ideal for a small wedding. Don't let the antique furniture put you off. Would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Staff are extremely kind and helpful. They are all nice and their service certainly give you a feeling of warmth and home again.

Hello, We stayed here for almost half a year, and it was an amazing experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, offering great opportunities to explore the local neighborhoods. For us, it was the best hotel in Melbourne in terms of both price and facilities. While the building is slightly older, everything was perfectly functional and comfortable. If we visit Melbourne again, we would be very happy to stay here once more. Martin
