Lovely hotel just off the main road through town. Really clean, quiet, and fairly modern. The rooms come with fridge, microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery, etc. It was really quiet despite being quite central.

we had an exceptional stay at Elm Tree Motel. The location is ideal with all major attractions and amenities just a short distance away. The rooms very immaculate and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. The staffs were incredibly friendly.

Excellently-priced motel, close to the Main Street of Warrnambool. Clean, well-appointed room with nice, modern, spacious bathroom. Easy off-street parking and surprisingly quiet rooms, given proximity to the highway. Booking process easy and after hours check in not an issue. Staff very friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very clean and spacious room. The friendly staff were happy to give recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Complimentary fresh milk for my morning tea was a nice plus. Would stay again next time I visit.
