Short trip to Brisbane. Hotel very modern, great rooftop bar with excellent service at breakfast and extremely slow at night. Good food on both occasions. Rain stopped us using the pool.

Understanding that we were an elderly couple. We were surprised by the modern aspect of the hotel. But we loved it. Great staff. Great food. We were there for a special celebration. Our family appreciated the care of us by the staff. The valet staff were great when we encountered heavyy rain. We were going to qpac for a performance. We loved the hotel, particularly the staff. Our room was wonderful. Thank you.

Amazing pool and rooftop bar, ice bath, steam and sauna awesome, rooms great, mirrored surfaces need cleaning better, most of the top rooms are infront of the lifts and thus super noisy, switch panels need covering at night for blackout.

We stayed here our first stay in Brisbane and my husband was very upset I hadn't booked it on our return when we came back just to catch our flight back to the states. I booked next to the airport and won't make that mistake again.

Second time staying here, always such a nice stay. Best location. Pool area is so nice and relaxing and the sauna and cold plunge room is so beautiful it’s like a mini soak spa
Rooms are a such a good size. Bathroom is also so spacious with seperate jet bubble bath and shower.
Staff and lovely and accommodating
So much to do in the hotel and the area around.

"I still feel the hotel needs more attention to detail. Maybe it’s just me, but I notice small things that aren’t done, and with a price tag like Emporium’s, everything should be flawless. The glasses in the bathrooms were cracked, my bed wasn’t made one day, and they provided body lotion in the shower but no body soap. These little things really stood out."
