恩菲尔德酒店

住了5晚，只清潔了一晚，最後一晚的前一天告訴服務員補充廁紙及冲涼液洗髪精，服務員又忘了。住宿包早餐，早餐原本是一個手掌大小之立體紙盒，內有小盒牛奶，小盒粟米片，及一個小蛋糕，有點愕然。酒店check in 是下午兩點，check out 是早上10點！！睡過龍就慘了！房內没有連接reception 的電話，有熨衫板及熨斗，但竟然沒有風筒！怪怪的！酒店唯一好就是有餐廳，而且還有很多捧場客，餐飲不錯，每晚都有special dinner ，我試了那晚正好是steak night ，才13澳洲元，很正！因為酒店離市中心很遠，澳洲巴士半個至1小時才一班，超級不便利，下次會選擇在city住了！(題外話：為什麼送的住房贈券只限香港呢？一水之隔之澳門意然沒有此優惠，實在可惜！)

Dont do it dont go, workers think they are above you and look down on you, cleaners dont clean, room was revolting, more mens fluid’s around the room then I wish I knew, never been cleaned all over the walls, beds couch chairs bedding. Nothing has been moved to be cleaned in months. Holes in the walls. I spoke to the one boss lady (only nice lady there it seems) who had no idea about the holes in walls. Contract cleaners. I understand they cant clean every nook and cranny but they really need to have a look at how dirty the rooms are they would never stay in there themselves. We had no choice as we spent $1300 to stay for 9 days. And there was nowhere else we could find due to events on at the time.

There was no bench space for making coffee or putting food yet there really is room for it. The room was clean and serviceable but a bit drab and the bathroom was very outdated.

Room was clean and tidy, staff very helpful, only issue was access from the carpark to the room. A bit of an awkward walk with bags, doors and stairs.

The king size bed was 2 single beds pushed together with a big gap in the middle was unable to collect some more sugar our key card stopped working we inquired about upgrading our room was told I had to pay full price for both rooms instead of just paying the difference we also ran out of toilet paper had to use tissues we told the reception staff they told us the cleaners are from a different company nothing they could do about it wry disappointing

The room was bright and airy, the staff were very accommodating and parking was safe and easily accessed.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Good inclusion of complimentary drink and garlic bread. Nice bed, good price

Amazingly helpful and friendly staff - everyone there is terrific. I’ll be back for that reason.

Basic room , bit dated but very adequate Wifi good Bed was 2 singles pushed together Shower nice & hot Staff friendly & helpful Hotel _ motel is situated 15 minutes from city centre by public transport

The room was very clean, and all the staff were very friendly, I would gladly stay again at the Enfield Hotel. Also the dining food was excellent

The room was clean and tidy. The location of the property to Adelaide, suburbs and beach is fantastic. The meals were fantastic also. I would stay there again. The property looks a bit old and sad. Maybe a good coat of paint would help and some nice plants. Check-in staff were very reassuring and helpful as I wasn't comfortable to check-in on line.
