恩菲尔德酒店

住了5晚，只清潔了一晚，最後一晚的前一天告訴服務員補充廁紙及冲涼液洗髪精，服務員又忘了。住宿包早餐，早餐原本是一個手掌大小之立體紙盒，內有小盒牛奶，小盒粟米片，及一個小蛋糕，有點愕然。酒店check in 是下午兩點，check out 是早上10點！！睡過龍就慘了！房內没有連接reception 的電話，有熨衫板及熨斗，但竟然沒有風筒！怪怪的！酒店唯一好就是有餐廳，而且還有很多捧場客，餐飲不錯，每晚都有special dinner ，我試了那晚正好是steak night ，才13澳洲元，很正！因為酒店離市中心很遠，澳洲巴士半個至1小時才一班，超級不便利，下次會選擇在city住了！(題外話：為什麼送的住房贈券只限香港呢？一水之隔之澳門意然沒有此優惠，實在可惜！)

Amazingly helpful and friendly staff - everyone there is terrific. I’ll be back for that reason.

Basic room , bit dated but very adequate Wifi good Bed was 2 singles pushed together Shower nice & hot Staff friendly & helpful Hotel _ motel is situated 15 minutes from city centre by public transport

The room was very clean, and all the staff were very friendly, I would gladly stay again at the Enfield Hotel. Also the dining food was excellent

The room was clean and tidy. The location of the property to Adelaide, suburbs and beach is fantastic. The meals were fantastic also. I would stay there again. The property looks a bit old and sad. Maybe a good coat of paint would help and some nice plants. Check-in staff were very reassuring and helpful as I wasn't comfortable to check-in on line.

Only issue was 'no sweetners' in room for morning coffee.

Its a simple hotel, nothing flashy. But it has all the basics that are clean and well kept. Most importantly, the staff are lovely - friendly and very helpful. I was locked out of my room for a bit because the battery in the door mechanism was flat. The young staff member gave me a free drink while she dealt with in a fast, friendly and calm manner. Food was great and fast. I'll be back!

Food was amazing, staff all lovely, i felt like a local after a couple of days. Bed was just two matresses pushed together but still comfy..would stay again

The carpet in the property was filthy & in need of replacement or at least a decent clean. The bathroom didn't have a shower curtain. We weren't given a facewasher and the only power point in the bathroom was hanging out of the wall. We chose this property purely based on location as there were very few other options available.
