Stunning hotel, stunning rooms, huge rooms, great staff, good breakfast. Faultless.
If you’re worried about noise from the bars, don’t. You can’t hear them at all.
The gym is underwhelming though.
Would stay again.

Front of house staff are the best I have experienced anywhere in Asia pacific. We arrived hours before check in but while we were out they text to advise that room was ready and we returned to discover they had also put our bags in the room for us. They greeted on every exit and return, even offering complimentary water bottles.
After a housekeeping error they all apologised profusely, had the manager message me and provided complimentary breakfast. A company’s character is measured by their response to problems and they simply excelled.
Room was excellent, very spacious and well stocked.
Location was excellent, walking distance to The Rocks, Circular Quay, Pitt St Mall, Sydney Tower Eye and Barangaroo.
Congratulations to your training manager for instilling a consistent and exceptionally high level of service across your entire team. Easily the best I have experienced.
Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

The Staff were amazing. Professional, polite and attentive. The property was clean and looked good. However, we had no hot water for showering. The rooms are not sound proof, you can hear a pin drop from the other rooms. The outside noise was terrible from the lane. I would not rate this hotel 5 star, nor would i recommend anyone to stay there.

Front desk staff was great very knowledgeable and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. It was loud, could hear the music from the bar in the room late into the night making it hard to sleep.

Clean room, good size, housekeeping did a great job, has a mini fridge, tub and nice separate shower and separate WC. The manager was very helpful and friendly. The only issue is that the room's floor was wooden with no carpet or rugs. As a result, you could hear the person(s) in the room above walking with high heels, and moving the chairs/table around, suitcases being pulled around, etc. Also there is a nightclub at the end of the same alley about 200 feet away, and we were there over a weekend from Thur. through Sun. Could sometimes hear the music and people's voices in the alley that also contained a very popular, crowded restaurant.

We stayed here for one night and would not want to stay for longer due to the noise from surrounding bars/entertainment which went on until 3am. The room was large with a huge en-suite but needs to be renovated due to deteriorating/broken floor tiles.
Could not fault the friendly helpful staff.

Terrible choice for our anniversary weekend. Photos looked amazing online but the reality was far different. Property hasnt been maintained well cracked tiles broken toilet roll holder and a bathroom door that didnt shut. Wood floors throughout meant you could hear everything so no privacy and meant a rough nights sleep. Lights on timers which we didnt know until they kept going out.
Also be sure to have a physical card on you for check in as they wouldnt accept a scan of a digital and forced us to provide $500 cash for a security deposit. Had we been told when booking this was a requirement we would have made sure we had it rather than beimg blindsided on arrival.
Staff were unwillingly to compromise or provide information about closest ATM either. Very dissapointed
