Rooms are always clean and staff are always friendly especially the reception staff. They go out of their way to help and settle you in. The housekeeping staff don’t understand English that well. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms as well. Showers are always powerful and hot water is hot!
Can be a lil noisy as it’s on the Main Street in the CBD of Rockhampton but nothing too unbearablez

I was super impressed with the service from when I arrived to the moment I left and the room. I ended up being upgraded to a family room. Very spacious bathroom and shower was amazing! Hot hot water and full flow, none of this water saver shower heads. Room was very clean and tidy and the pool was beautiful and shops/restaurants are easy walking distance as well as the main city centre being only 10-15 mins walk away. Great location and Great Motel at a decent rate.

Honestly it was ok to stay here overnight for a Business trip. I would not stay here for an extended period of time. The rooms look like they could do with an update. Top of the cornice in the shower was mouldy. Looked like it had a water leak at some stage. Conveniently located on the major road through made it easy to find.
