Its okey overall 🙂

Great beds. Good blockout curtains. Good customer service. Close to shops. Close to transport. Housekeeping staff seem overworked. On one evening bedroom still not cleaned at 7.30 at night as I think missed due to oversight. Did need to ask for empty bathroom products to be refilled which were empty in entry and should have been noticed in room clean. First impressions matter. A great hotel we have been going to for over six years but a few areas showing some wear and tear. When you are paying 4 star rates in Sydney you don’t expect towels which are thin, washers with holes, inconsistent pillow wear. Hopefully the prior standard here is returned.

Very good customer service, lovely stay

My stay was fabulous! The lovely lady at the front desk was so kind and cheerful when greeting me! My room was changed to an accessible room, but also received a free room upgrade due to this! I mentioned I was visiting for my birthday at check-in, and the lady had chocolate cake sent to my room with a birthday greeting. Breakfast buffet had so many options and was very tasty! Losing one star because the pillows had some sort of smoky smell, mentioned this to the front desk upon check out. Overall a really great stay!! Would recommend to anyone!

Very nice hotel and close to the university.

This relatively inexpensive hotel at the southern end of the city was a pleasant surprise. The area has significantly gentrified since I was a student at UTS in the late 1970s. The hotel itself is modern and well presented. The nearby Spice Alley is definitely worth a visit for a huge variety of inexpensive Asian cuisine.

Property was great, staff were great, will be back in the future

The pillows had yellow staining, bed wasn't made properly, face washer was like an old rag and the carpet and chairs had questionable stains.

The staff was very friendly and supportive, the location was central among everything, the breakfast was awesome with many variety

We stayed here this time last year and we could not believe it was the same hotel. It had improved 10 times over and we were extremely happy with our stay and congratulate and thank everyone from the cleaning staff to the top. The only issue is the tv reception regarding getting streaming services. We had someone come to our room 3 times over our stay but the difficulty could not be resolved

Great location in the Sydney city. The breakfast was good and many choices to choose from. Room is clean and spacious.

Perfectly located in Chippendale, I'm a long standing customer of the Four Point. You can expect professional and friendly service and very comfy rooms

Air con was inefficient, room was on 17 and it didn’t even get below 24. Ambient temp was 26. The lifts were so slow. Legit 15 minute wait for a lift. 3 lifts but most the time only 1 was working and usually when waiting for it, it would be full so we would have to wait for it to be emptied at ground before doing the rounds again. All this while the other lifts remained stopped on certain floors. Absolute joke and when brought up with the staff they acted clueless like no one had told them when we saw others complain about them with our own eyes. Lying on behalf of a company that treats them as a number is crazy work.

Nice modern decore delicious food friendly staff good spot

The hotel is not a high rise and rooms are easily accessible from the ground floor. There are bars and fast food to suite your taste. A swim pool would be nice to add to almost complete amenities. Overall, good value for the money. Would recommend.
