悉尼辉盛阁国际公寓

I picked hotel due to pervious years experience and daily room cleaning services compared with another group hotel down on same street for 8 nights. However the cleaning services was given me a big headache everyday. 1) Fresh food was left over from previous guest and bugs were found on kitchen table 2) No refill shower gel 3) Bedsheet was not handle properly, I was sleeping on the bed mattress directly, my legs caused skin allergy badly. I need to see doctor when I return home 4) Tea bags not refill even with front desk reminder. All those have feedback to front desk and they have tried their best to communicate with cleaning team but new problem still happen almost everyday. Apart from the cleaning, front desk staffs were very supportive ,hotel location is fantastic, special thanks to hotel manager Connie who has given me a lot of inspiration of Sydney and tired to solve the cleaning issue.

Staff are professional and friendly. They handled our requests timely and being very considerate and accommodating.

Generally ok, but thinking cleaning service to be. Basically my bed put up mainly every day and rubbish bin cleaned, but everything else remains unchanged. My shoes were put in sequence before I left, but got turned away randomly when I got back.

此次共入住七晚, 其中有一天到了晚上回到房間發現沒有打掃, 我們聯繫了酒店, 很快解決了問題. 退房時, 因為我們在酒店吃了幾次早餐, 需要另外支付早餐費用, 但不知為甚麼不能用現金支付, 一定要用我入住登記的信用卡支付. 現金不行, 換張信用卡也不行. 這種情況我再此之前從沒有遇到過. 退房花了很多時間. 我們都是趕機場的遊客. 這有一點失望. 另外, 這個連鎖服務酒店的洗浴用品換了低檔的品牌, 我也有點失望.

Hotel is located in the city center, so it is easy and convenient to reach most of the tourist spots on foot, by light rail or train. Room is big, bed and sofa are ok but overall cleanliness can be improved. Hotel is just next to Regent Place which has a number of restaurants serving a variety of food.

房間很舊，欠缺保養。地氈多處有污跡。每日清潔非常草率，碗碟上仍然留下很多污跡。乾衣機太多塵埃飛出，16:30以後沒有任何housekeeping.

Just two blocks from Town Hall Train Station, close to George Street, Woolworth, McDonald's, Hungry Jack's, Chinatown, and tons of shops and restaurants, excellent location. Lovely hotel staff, who gave us a lovely smile all the time during check-in. Booked this room through Hotels.com, so we got a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for our stay. Even though it looked like a serviced apartment, certainly it had the quality of a four stars hotel. Recommend it!

Good location with train station and supermarket nearby. Staff are nice and helpful, spacious apartment with essential kitchen equipment, overall quite good.

accommodate early hotel check-in helps after a sleepless red-eye flight

We were having a worst stay experience in this hotel. Fire alarm was on at mid-light and no staff explained us what happen. No instructions was provided when disaster happen. Weather was cold and no support or hot water when we are waiting in the lobby. No apologies from the staff for the fire alarm issue. The second day noon time the fire alarm was also mistakenly on during our sleep, as last night we need to evacuate at mid-light. Very bad service.
