Amazing set up with an old Victorian decor and nice facilities. Breakfast is terrific and the hosts Jim and Heidi are next level good. They make your stay so nice and nothing is too much trouble. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Our host Jim and Heidi were extremely hospitable, going out of their way to accomodate us. Their knowledge of Beechworth is incredible and have made themselves become a huge part of the community spirit.. The home is one of the best we have stayed at and with such gracious and friendly hosts, made our stay even more memorable

This bnb is probably like no other. It’s captured the historic nature of the building and each room has its own charm. Very comfortable beds and the hosts are very friendly and can give you lots of information about the area. Delicious home cooked breakfast. It’s the little touches that make this such a lovely stay

Freeman On Ford is a beautiful place to stay. The property is stunning, my room was perfect and Heidi's hospitality was incomparable. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Beautiful old building in town which has been renovated meticulously and well maintained. Warmly welcomed by owners, nothing was too much trouble. Full delicious breakfast included as well as afternoon tea. Accommodation was perfect, everything provided as well as great recommendation for dinner places. Lovely, relaxing stay in Beechworth.

Absolute 5 Star Accommodation in every sense. We stayed in the downstairs Dlx Suite, and it was Luxury to the Max. Perfect Hosts, extremely accommodating in every way. The Entire Premises were immaculately clean at all times, the Breaky and afternoon tea was so fresh and beautifully prepared and served. Many added touches & Treats you wouldn't often enjoy at other 5* B&B's. Gorgeous in every way, and the pool & Spa were Divine. Central to everything, and was able to walk everywhere we were wanting to enjoy and visit during our stay, including a Wine tasting session at one of the local Cellar Doors. A must for anyone wanting Comfort, Luxury and definitely a special kind of getaway. Only downfall was that we only booked for the 3 nights, wished we booked for longer. Highly recommend one of the 2 downstairs Suites if it's a special milestone, or romantic trip away, as they are a little larger and has direct access to the Pool, as well as your own personal Table and Chairs on the verandah directly through the french doors in your room, but all rooms are gorgeous, just a little smaller, but still grandeur if every way. Loved our time there, and looking forwards to revisiting in the near future. Bravo Heidi & Jim, your B&B is certainly a cut above the rest. Thankyou for your wonderful Hospitality. :)

Freeman on Ford is definitely worthy of their 5 star rating. The property is beautiful, has high quality furnishings and exceptional hosting by Heidi and Jim. We loved our gorgeous pool view from our spacious room, beds amazing, marble bathroom with spa bath lovely and best nights sleep in luxurious bedding. We recommend staying here, value for money with many inclusions of cooked breakfast, complimentary cake, coffee and after dinner port and chocolate. Thank you Heidi and Jim, we would love to stay again when back in the area.

Awesome experience, amazing building, lovely hosts. A great introduction to B&B'ing! Freeman on Ford is located within easy walking of the towns main strip, restaurants etc and virtually next door to the tourist information centre so impossible to fault the location.

An amazing B & B - a superb Victorian restoration with a seamless modern extension with beautiful pool area - total attention to detail and caring customer service from our hosts, Heidi & Jim. Breakfast in the grand dining room is a special treat. Central location. 5 stars.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Freeman on Ford. The accomodation was lovely, comfortable and in walking distance to everything we wanted. Heidi and Jim were welcoming and had excellent local knowledge and recommendations for dinning, destinations and attractions.

We stayed downstairs in the Queen Petite room. It was a lovely room with super comfortable bedding. Well fitted bathroom with shower and separate toilet (no bath). Heidi and Jim were fantastic hosts, very informative about the town, restaurant and activities. The cooked breakfast was excellent and the afternoon tea was to die for. Highly recommended

Heidi and Jim were wonderful hosts and really make their guests feel very comfortable and relaxed. Although we only stayed for a short 3-day weekend, our stay made it very much feel like a short vacation.
