No housekeeping for a week stay, no tissues, toilet rolls, shampoo or shower gel, but hav supermarket downstairs to get it from, noisy street sound can be heard at night

The room is quite dusty And staff is not very helpful Need to pay extra ( non refundable)if you want get one more pair of key which is not reasonable and very inconvenience ( we have two person。 but only received one pair of key。 。。) Otherwise is acceptable

Reception could improve on customer service seemed not care, patronising, not really interested in customer at all.

The room I had was very spacious. I loved having the washer/ dryer for my clothes. The bed was very comfy. My only complaint would be that the water pressure in the shower was extremely weak and the hot water (in the shower only) stopped working after my 2nd shower. I alerted the front desk but they were not able to fix this issue during my stay.

Clean room, awesome location, easy check in. Located in a five minute city, so shops are right there. Would stay there again for any major events at the Gabba

Great staff on check in, incredibly clean apartment we stayed in. Very spacious. Convenient shops located under the accommodation (coles, bakery, cafe, Australia Post, barber) right next to the Gabba. I highly recommend booking at this place. Definitely would book here again when needed to stay in this psrt of Brisbane

Apartment was need and clean and we liked it as it was close to Gabba too. Overall I would recommend travellers to stay at this apartment definitely my stay will be here always whenever I come to watch match at the Gabba. Laxman Kafle Rockhampton, QLD, Australia

Basic but clean. The lift broke down and that caused me to be late for an appointment as I did not know there was another lift

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a bit of a misunderstanding about price, but was soon sorted.

Lady at reception seemed totally disinterested in us. We felt like we were interrupting her phone time. Put in a room right above a pub 😞

Good little set up at the apartment, very comfy and had everything we needed :)

The kitchen was minimally stocked and there was not a plunger for coffee.

Found the bathroom old and not in great condition. Dirty door jamb, shower door old and gungy. Windows dirty. Kitchenette was inadequate, had to boil kettle on a shelf, needed to reach up to get hot kettle. No bench space at all. Cooker - didn't use, we thought it was dangerous - no exhast fan above, gas too close to microwave. Had to use two remotes to get TV working. Toilet seat was loose. Location was convenient for our needs, but would look elsewhere next time. Receptionist was friendly. Lifts were claustrophobic.

We liked the location of the property

The water was very slow to get away on the bathroom sink & shower. But it was very clean. Bit expensive for such a small room but a great location & great staff. The surrounds need a hose but I’m assuming that is not the Gabba units fault. We had a good experience there
