My room's bathroom shower nob was not working, i called them and immediately they came to check and realised the issue is not fixable immediately so they changes our room, and offered hands in moving out belongings, and gave $30 cuppons for RSL Club food.

Great location, close to shops & eateries. Friendly staff & very clean accommodation. Comfortable beds & a spacious room. Enjoyed relaxing in the spa, nice pool however the water was a little too cold for swimming. Have previously stayed here before & will be back again.

Clean and spacious, your room includes complimentary membership to the attached club which discounts the already cheap prices, and now that reception is the same front desk as the club itself, there are people around all hours who are very customer-focussed. Whilst it's slightly out of the main centre of town, everything you need is there. The Galaxy is a completely safe bet for those who are not familiar with this area.
