Room was comfortable. Had everything you need. Plenty of space for everything. Has stairs to rooms but staff very helpful in taking suitcases up for you. Lovely dinning also. Easy access to main street for shopping and eating

A surprisingly pleasant stay. The room was large and clean with all the amenities I needed. Large bathroom as well. Very quiet and good undercover parking albeit a bit “tight”. Overall it was a good experience. I will go again next time I am in Melbourne.

. The stairs look lovely, but very hard to get up if you have any difficulty walking. I do have a hard time doing that, so maybe a lift of some sort. As I would love to return for stay.

Excellent vintage-style hotel near Swinburne campus. Despite being located next to a pub, the noise didn’t bother me. My room featured a whirlpool bath (unexpected!) and two beds (king+single). It was more than reasonably priced for its comfort. The only downside - my window faced a brick wall. I stayed there for two night during my professional visit of the Swinburne University of Technology. Will definitely stay there again when I come back.
