Photos are outdated. System is outdated, no reception, rooms dirty, smelly, mould in bathrooms. Felt extremely unsafe.

Only good thing about the place was the location. We got there and left immediately. Room 18 in appalling condition, marks all over the walls, marks, stains and rust on the bed side tables, cuts and stains on the mattress, mould all in the shower and on the blinds as well as other questionable stains, the bathroom cabinet handle was broken off and missing and the bathroom door was a landlord special, cut out to close around the shower tiles . Need I say more? It was a terrible experience and because I had checked in late there was nothing that could be done and had to sleep in my car until I was able to arrange for another place the next day. -10/10 would never stay again

Thin Walls.. hear everything no privacy! Underground Carpark Floods 8 inches ! Ready to Go out and now Shoes are soaked and Stinky and is old and Cruddy and requires password while standing in the Rain. No Cups No teaspoons no ironing board and they don’t tell you..

Nothing like it looked on website. Loud bathroom was dirty bed was terrible

Arrived to find underground garage with a foot of water over tge floor, and things did not improve. The room had wet carpet in the room plus water seeping onto the floor in the toilet/bathroom. The sliding door blind had slats missing alloeing people walking past to see into your room and at night the outside security lights illuminated the bed area making it very uncomfortable to sleep. When reported to the cleaning staff and reception they did not appear to care and nothing was done to assist.

Overall dirty, grubby with mould in showers, carpets felt like they have never been cleaned, everything just felt dirty, hallway carpets wet, rubbish dumped in carpark because no bins. Overall couldn’t wait to get out.

The room we stayed in had bugs in it. The fridge didn’t work at all so it made us waste our money on our food we got. We also came back to our room late in the night to discover our floor was being flooded with water from underneath the carpet wrecking our bags and our stay.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was great . It was very tired and nothing like its photos .,

Mould in the showers

Although the booking was for 2 adults , only one coffee cup provided, no glasses. Shower leaked with water all over the floor Kitchen blind full of mould , ceiling had mould spots as did the fire alarm . Celing fan full of dirt and fluff. Table badly damaged.Walls damaged and scuffed. Entry door blind broken, and one of the blind parts fell off when we closed it . Bed linen clean but was provided with one thin blanket between two sheets . Carpet in bedroom dirty and sticky when you walked on it. Overall needs a good scrub and paint

Property was dirty, dirt was sitting on fan blades, bad odours from the room, very terrible blanket and full of lint, very small washroom and room size, never bust it again.

We didn’t know where the keybox was until told by other guests.

Property was run down. Gate to enter was missing so anyone could come into the property. There was trash scattered in the parking area. We had a very noisy room, could hear people going past at all hours as well as people using the washing machine nearby at 3am. Was a room for 6 but no amenities to match - 2 cups, 2 chairs, etc. There was mould in the bathroom.

The room smelt of smoke and urine Checking was a pain

Okay room to stay for convenient access to Broadbeach & easy tram up to Surfers but a little run down with broken tv, light & shower screen door

Underground parking was good. Location was also good.

The pre- arrivak instructions and communication was excellent. Family of 5 well accomodated for - very convenient for a quick stay and go. Beds crisp and comfy- hubby fell asleep straight away. 2 bathroom and showers- clean and newly renovated. Just the walls could do w a bit of cleaning. Need lighting to where the Lockbox is for keys, the entry to Carpark pinpad also needs a more obvious sign, as does the pinpad within the carpark as thats the only way in or out . Took us a while to find the keypads as it isnt well lit and quite dark. But overall its a handy little motel. Practical for a big family not wanting to spend on luxury for a short stay.
