員工很友善而且會詳細介紹附近的景點，環境寧靜優美，房子乾淨整齊，車子可停泊在門前十分方便，整體令人滿意。

職員熱心有禮，還積極解說當地行程，職員未入內已經預備好瑣匙，連護照也不用看，因為難得來了亞洲面孔的客人

住宿位置接近Queenstown城鎮，鎮內有超市、餐廳(但選擇不多)。入住過程迅速，且接待員工有主動介紹附近餐廳、超市、加油站，以及附近的景點。房內寬敞、設備齊全，有微波爐及餐具可以很方便自理晚餐，住宿也有提供投幣洗乾衣機可供清洗衣物。總體而言非常滿意，若有機會會再考慮入住。唯一可惜的點是早餐似乎要於前一晚預定，無法當日至餐廳點餐享用。

Clear, above average compare to other motel. Definitely recommend. If you arrive later than 8:00pm, remember to contact the hotel prior and prepare your own food.

Shower was leaking…water ended up in the room. Wash-shampoo dispenser was broken…

It was a mixed bag. Our biggest issue were the beds. They were very uncomfortable and so we really slept badly, hence two stars. It is also one of those places where, if you book a room for four, they just put two extra beds into a double room, so it is quite crowded. Otherwise it was ok, without being special. Staff were very nice and the restaurant on site is great (though the wait between ordering and getting the food was very long)

Great location, just out of the township. The room was decent,. bedding was comfortable.

Very good for overnight stay. Can easily walk to the city centre, quiet and peaceful.

The room, the beds, the amenities, but most of all the amazing Manager, our stay was over tje Xmas break, so some of her staff were away, yet she kept up with all that needed doing, which was a lot. I woulx recomend the Gold Rush Inn to anyone staying over in Queenstown.

Room was clean but a bit damp because of the weather. Facilities were a bit old. Local cafe was very nice.

It fit the purpose, overnight stay. Restaurant on site was good.

All great -clean and comfortable.

The room was okay, tidy. Like a well worn bach/shack/cottage. No reception staff and the restaurant was closed to us to allow a group to use on their own.
