Reception is not friendly to help when u asked help especially racial discrimination. That feeling is sad.
Reception is cold and don't say hello very often to guest in and out after comparison with state or others.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Grand. Great location with easy access to train stations and trams. Staff were friendly. The heated pool was a bonus. The restaurant served fabulous Indian food in the evening and the Grain Store in Flinders Lane, that they recommended for breakfast, was superb. Definitely will stay there again.
