非常差！ 首先：我是幫朋友訂房已付清全額已經打電話詢問過可否出示非本人證件了，此飯店電話是hotel.com的電話客服回覆我說「你已經付清了當然可以」，所以安心下定。 當天check in 卻說要我本人證件正本（不就還好我在附近）我們是從別的城鎮過來如果我沒到就無法入住了。 櫃檯態度也非常差！ 過了一夜大家出去玩半夜要回飯店發現「房卡失效」完全無法開門！已經累的半死所有東西都在房裡卻進不去！此時打飯店電話完全沒人接（根本無人值班）只好睡車上（還好車鑰匙在身上），直到早上八班點半櫃檯有人了，卻只願意補償讓我們晚兩小時check out ! 這種掃興的事在旅途中真是非常糟。

I had a very cool experience in Sydney . The room is tidy and the share facilities are clean. I think the staffs are friendly as well... unfortunately the holiday is near the train station, so you may feel it's noisy but I think it's acceptable. A nice experience with Granville hotel.

Friendly helpful staff & clean room & clean shared bathroom - although no communal areas to relax

I was very pleased, it was as advertised, the staff are great and it is convenient to transport, exactly what I wanted. I would have no hesitation in staying there again.

I love the place, its located and easily accessible in town area just a walking distance to go and visit my other friends, i loved it ❤️ ♥️

The hotel is a short walk from the train station. That was very accessible. But at night you can hear people downstairs. There is also no personal bathroom or shower.

the room we were in was above the large screen tv the speakers were in the roof and the sound sounded like we left our TV on untill 11pm each night

One of the worst places I have ever stayed. There was no parking, which was one of the main reasons I booked it. Staff were disinterested at best. Room was clean enough, but the bathrooms were filthy, beer bottles and pizza scattered around, blocked toilet and hadn't been cleaned for quite some time. Definitely not recommended!!

This place is acceptable for a one-night stay. My room was dull and had spider webs on the window. Additionally, loud music was coming from downstairs. Drinking water was not available inside the rooms or on the floor. You need to request drinking water from the reception lady, who then provides the water bottles. The positive points about this place are, walkable distance from the Granville railway station and many good restaurants next to this hotel which remain open till midnight.

There is a terrible cigarette smell throughout the whole hotel. The room was never vaccumed, there was lots of people who hang around the hotel who made you feel unsafe I wish I read the reviews before booking. If you are reading this I highly recommend do not book here. Expedia you should remove this place from your listing
