There is no enough parking available on site, I was told to park near the surf club. The guys at the front desk are not helpful at all. They wanted me to pay for bond but needed the actual card or cash. I wish they would empathized we travelled 3 hours away from home to relax. I am pretty sure I can just tap my card. It was a horrible experience, I have to go in and out trying find a solution. Apart from that, the room was clean, we were hoping to get some good views but so many trees were blocking the views. We thought this will be a good stay but it wasn't, first impressions last as they say but the people at the front desk weren't very friendly at all and it affects the whole stay as you meet them first.

Stayed for one night in room 907, the room was OK, needs the doors double glazed, the traffic was low but was noisy. I think the doors were on the wrong tracks allowing the noise to come through. The bed was very comfortable but I found the pillows terrible (don't know why I didn't bring my own). The staff & reception was very nice but from there it was all downhill. The pool was dirty, there were a few table & chairs which looked grubby & I think a couple of wooden loungers with no cushions. This is our 3rd stay over the years & it 's definitely gone backwards, maybe they're just waiting to knock it down. I'd stay again only cause the bed/room was OK & the beautiful beach across the road.

Fantastic location walking to RSL twin towers & cafes on beach front, views nth & sth of coast, hotel neat & clean. Very reasonable $
