Reception is very friendly and helpful

We couldn't access the carpark without checking in first and parking on the street was difficult. It would be better if parking was available at the entrance.

A new contemporary property well located in Sydney for our needs. Facility has all we need with a pool, gym, and free breakfast service.

I always stay here when visiting my family, my only disappointment was when I checked into my room there was left over food from previous guests, I asked at reception next morning fur cleaners to remove, that evening it was still there , asked again she apologised & said it would be removed today, it was still there when i returned. It wasn’t till the 3rd day that it was finally removed, not a big issue but should have been addressed. Staff were always lovely, I don’t know how they dealt with so many people at breakfast it looked like there was only 1 working, too much pressure.

I feel the price was reasonable on lastminute.com could be a bit cheaper. I feel $150-$200 would be ok for this property in its position. It has a very nice new feel to the place. A good stop over hotel on your trip heading through sydney. I liked the decor and vibe of the place, complementary breakfast is a good they include it in the price and extra value for the price. Staff was great. room was quite spacious and stylish. very close to woolworths if you need to get some food, kitchenette is quite adequate and pretty good for the price.

Everything about this hotel was good for someone who satyed for 4 days

New, clean, transportation literally right outside the front door, great bed and lots of very comfortable pillows, rainfall shower- what’s not to like!

Overall, I would rate this hotel a 7 out of 10. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly until my boyfriend told me their was a cockroach in the bathroom. I went to go see and saw it running out of the bathroom and go underneath the cabinet by the mini fridge. When we brought this up to the front desk a worker, Jackie, stated we arent the only people who saw them and they are the "good" cockroaches. This is the second time someone has brought up this problem. She stated they are going to have pest control come out and spray the premise again. She related its normal for Australia to have them, that all houses including hers have them. Then asked if we wanted to extend our check out time. When we requested for some sort of refund for the night, she chuckled and said no. Thank god we saw this roach on the last night or we would have left days ago. Roaches weren't the only problem, I had to go downstairs and ask for more toilet paper due to the lack of refills when the room was cleaned. Towels were changed everyday when left on the floor and the bed was made. The pros were that the hotel was clean overall. There was a grocery store right down the street and a huge shopping center about 10 minutes away. Location of the hotel was excellent. Right next to the highway or you could walk 10 minutes down the road to an area with different shopping and food if you have no car.

Location of the hotel was great accessing bus station , quiet place , cleanness was really poor , presence of cockroach inside room , bad smell pillowcase , bed sheet , not any enough consideration , breakfast was not satisfaction

It was absolutely fantastic on the last morning I was so happy I finally got to get out of that place, wow! Amen. Lord have mercy on their souls. some of the staff were so rude, a few of them were very nice

I stayed here for 13 days . As a solo female traveler, I felt like my safe little haven . You need a key card to get anywhere in the hotel floors and inside the main entrance after hours . All the ladies in the front desk were wonderful and friendly and very helpful. This hotel is very clean and everything looks new and tidy. A little far from everything, but the bus stop is 5 steps away. I loved my stay!! Would stay again.

Very dishonest. Terrible reception/communication. Poor “breakfast”. I’d never stay there again, not even if the hotel offered a free stay. The hotel took a deposit from my debit card (which I agreed to) and only refunded part of the deposit three days after checkout. No explanation provided by the hotel. The amount of money is not material, it is the principle, so I enquired and was told it was because a pillow was missing. I have never stolen anything in my life - this is a huge insult. I told them to check CCTV of me entering and leaving the hotel and how it was impossible for me to remove a pillow without it being obvious on the CCTV. No response. No refund. I’ll never stay there again as I’m concerned about what else might be taken from my bank account or possibly my room when I’m not in it. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and the first time in my life I’ve ever left a negative review about a hotel. Never again.

New, sparkling clean, great value for money

We were in Sydney for a wedding and chose the Haberfield hotel for its proximity to church and reception. We could not have made a better choice. Modern design with great amenities, comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Short walk to bus to the city and close to Woolworths. Would definitely stay there again.
