Dead spiders everywhere. Very average place but you can’t expect much from a motel. This one was pretty worn out though. Fridge was rusted. Pillows were stained. Just enough for a nights sleep

Staff were very friendly, could do with a little tlc maintenance

Bathrooms very dated & run down

Property is very out dated although facilities were clean bathroom vanity was water damaged room should not have been in service. Carpets stained . Even the lounge chair has had its day Tv constantly pixelated for the entire time. not happy wouldn’t stay there again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They also took a g further $14.00 out of my credit card ? have no idea what for .

Eden is a lovely coastal town. Beautiful harbour and catered for tourism. Whale festival was cute. Ships in the harbour a highlight

The place hasn't changed since it was built in the sixties. the shower in room 18 was leaking water through the wall onto the bedroom floor, no exhaust fans, the bathroom vanity doors were falling off. Very disappointing for $250 per night.

Property was very clean on arrival but later discovered no hot water available and office unattended & phone unanswered so unable to report it.

The room was nice and clean but the air freshener they use was way to strong.

No pool as in pictures, was a bit dirty and mouldy, water in jug was frozen, no proper car park per your room, noisy neighbours morning and night

Great location but unfortunately the motel is terribly run down and in desperate need of renovation. My room was extremely musty smelling, and the carpet was old and smelly - you will want to keep your shoes on while in the room. The bathroom was tiny and unkempt. The air conditioner did not work. The rooms are not a place you want to spend any time in. It's a real shame this once iconic motel in such a dire state. Staff were pleasent to deal with.

Very happy value for the money

Modest and comfortable motel in the heart of Eden. Directly on Main Street so a short walk to cafes, antique stores and bars. Also, just a short (200m) stroll to the main beach which was amazing. Saw a large pod of dolphins swimming 50m from our family which was amazing!
