The staff displayed inefficiency from the start with codes for parking not working & trying to blamr me for not doing something properly but infact it was their mistake.

The apartment was in a great location, with easy access to Beaumont Street and its cafés and bars, and only a short walk back to the apartment. It was very clean, modern, and worked perfectly for our family of five. The only small downside was that we didn’t receive the check-in details as mentioned in the email confirmation and had to call to get them. Aside from that, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely come back. Thanks!

Room smelled like heavy bleach, & we found cockroaches in the room. The support staff (telephone support) was not so friendly the way he responded when we asked for garage parking and how to get the access. So overall, I would not recommend this to anyone.

This property was very nice. We were comfortable. Check-in easy. Close to amenities. Everything we needed. Just one thing. Bed was comfortable, but needs updating in my view. Otherwise all was fine.

Great location for us

In this instance, cant review the property itself as we couldn't stay due to the north coast weather incident occurring at the time (severe weather and flood warnings for Newcastle). Property was uncontactable for advice the day before our stay. Left multiple messages without reply? Contacted Wotif who after considerable time advised that they couldn't get a response from the property either. Very poor form.

Good location clean property but parking no including in booking we need to pay extra for parking.

Great property but I’m sick of these remote access property. There are security key pads everywhere which are very annoying and potentially a fire trap. But other than that the property was good.

Property was well equipped with large living spaces. Bed was comfortable. Undesirable things such as the floors were absolutely filthy, power points that weren't secured to the wall properly and broken blinds that don't roll back up. Poor soundproofing between the floor above so got to enjoy the party upstairs nicely.

I have already complaint about this property but only response I got was sorry. There were cockroaches in the kitchen area and cupboards. Bed sheet were not changed from previous stay and hairs everywhere. Very unhygienic and unprofessional. Never staying there even for free.

I was requested to park my car when I got there, and I had to pay an extra $25 for parking. Not happy with that 😭

The apartment was a good size, in good condition and had all we needed. The only minor negative thing was that the TV in the living room did not work but it was not worth addressing for the one night. I would definitely stay again.

The apartment is clean

This is quite a modern set of apartments in a quiet (if rather run-down) area of Newcastle. The apartments are huge...very nice for spreading out! The only drawback was poor communication about entry to the apartments; the front desk never seems to be manned and on both occasions I stayed there a text with the entry codes failed to arrive, leading to multiple calls to their office to send it. Otherwise good value for money.
